This is a great educational post!
Scammers like @IAmCryptoWolfy will receive an amount of FREE tokens from the deployer, they never touch the LP & have no value.
Can’t be sold because they would destroy the LP
Then burned to create hype!
Just launch token with less supply!
Facts: @IAmCryptoWolfy claims he burned $521,073 worth of DUBX on Aug-20-2023 (theoretical value of the tokens at the market price before selling them).
If he had tried to sell all of those roughly 25.2 trillion DUB at once, the sale itself would have crashed the price while it was being executed. Based on the liquidity available at the time, he likely could have received only around $176,000, before gas and other costs.
By then, significant profits had already been made by him; it was an attempt to generate excitement in the community and keep cashing in (on august 12 the highest MC was 5.2M MC, after the burn it went to 4.9 but struggled on that range for 4 days until it finally started to crash out).
Always DYOR, don't trust me, check on the blockchain, but also don't trust a known scammer like him 😂😅, STAY SAFU and more importantly, stay away anything this scammer promotes or is around, cuz he probably bundled all low MC he is promoting / "developing".
