The Ephemeralist Testament Act 2, the Nietzschean and the Baudelairean, is live. Here, we evaluate Baudelaire's exaltation of Beauty, Nietzsche's Blond Beast, and the Apollonian-Dionysian dialectic.

American Presidents: Worst to Best
#39: George W. Bush
Inheriting the greatest economy and geopolitical power in American history, Bush's unsophistication and unbridled hawkishness squandered Western hegemony and began America's contemporary stagnation.
Successes:
- Expanded NATO to most of Eastern Europe
- Solid initial response to 9/11, including uniting the country and a successful Afghanistan Invasion
- Sacrificed conservative priors to prop up the economy during the financial crisis
- Medicare Part D
Failures:
- The Iraq War
- Withdrew from the Kyoto Protocol and censored scientific papers on climate change
- Failed to establish a stable state in Afghanistan and Iraq after spending thousands of lives and trillions of dollars
- The Patriot Act egregiously infringed upon civil liberties and cultivated a surveillance state
- Expanded Clintonian policies of deregulation, which led to '08
- Authorized the torture of prisoners, damaging American moral authority
- Awful Hurricane Katrina response
American Presidents: Worst to Best
#40: Warren G. Harding
Championing a "return to normalcy" following the collapse of Wilsonian Progressivism, Harding's corrupt isolationist and laissez-faire politics cultivated the unstable soil that the Great Depression and World War II grew out of.
Successes:
- The Emergency Quota Act of 1921 prevented unfettered waves of non-WASP immigration
- Eagerly embraced modern technologies
- Expanded the US highway system
- Released dozens of political prisoners
Failures:
- Committed America to a foreign policy of isolationism and anti-internationalism, permitting the rise of fascism and communism
- Rejected American entry into the League of Nations
- Imposed significant tariffs on a war-struck Europe
- Gutted the progressive economic reforms of past presidents
- The Teapot Dome Scandal
- Frequently admitted that he was never fit for office

BREAKING: Trump administration plans to strike Iran directly after next week's US midterm elections, with CENTCOM commander Adm. Brad Cooper briefing Trump in a rare in-person meeting on military options at the White House today, per WSJ.
Senior US officials say Cooper rarely briefs Trump in person, unless a significant military operations is to be carried out shortly. It followed a Wednesday session in which the military officers met Vice President JD Vance.
Sen. Chris Murphy, who says he has been briefed on some of the classified planning, called the plans "insane."
"It will lead to devastating escalation and the likely destruction of our commitment to the rule of law," he says.
Bisexualism is the most eugenic female sexual orientation. Pillow fights with the girls and ignoring the unwashed moid masses until a sensitive young man wins her heart.
Two of the greatest political thinkers of the 21st century
I spoke with @RichardBSpencer about the return of U.S. isolationism and what it means for Ukraine, NATO and Europe. Europe must be ready to defend itself. Listen on Spotify:

American Presidents: Worst to Best
#41: Lyndon Baines Johnson
The terminal New Deal president, LBJ's ambition to transform American society saw him embark upon a destructive path to reimagine the nation in his image.
Successes:
- Medicare and Medicaid
- Drastically reduced national poverty through the Great Society
- Higher Education Act
- Passed crucial conservation and anti-pollution legislation
- Created the National Endowment for the Arts and PBS
Failures:
- The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965 effaced the demographic character of the United States
- Completely blundered the Vietnam War, leading to a permanent Western suspicion of hard power
- Presided over an epoch of lawlessness, riots, and civil discord not seen since Reconstruction
- Destroyed the Progressive movement through his unpopularity
- Created the foundations for DEI
- Barbaric and unpresidential behavior, including exposing himself to journalists

#42: James Buchanan
A veritable American Nero, James Buchanan sat by and watched the flames of war devour a fragile Union.
Successes:
- Negotiated successfully with Britain and Central America
- Began talks for the American purchase of Alaska
Failures:
- Refused to use federal power to prevent Southern secession, which caused the birth of the Confederacy
- Influenced the Supreme Court to strike down the Missouri Compromise, opening the West up for slavery and thereby rendering the Civil War inevitable
- Attempted to spread slavery to Kansas despite the precedent of the Missouri Compromise and popular desire for a free state
- Ordered federal troops to topple a legitimate Mormon Utah government
- Weak response to the Panic of 1857
You Can See Everything is one of the greatest films of the 21st century.
The moniker is a maneuverer of immense irony; ambiguity and obfuscation pervade the film. And yet perhaps Nathan Fielder's complex, undiscernible portrayal of the human heart, as perceived by the conscious and prejudiced subject, is "everything" there is to discern about the human condition.
We are all individualized and identityless. We are all horned demons and winged seraphs.

"He is killing White people"
@RichardBSpencer & @GunterFehlinger discuss the Russian capture of the American Right and the cognitive dissonance of Republicans believing the "trad-Russia meme" while Russia slaughters White Christians daily.
Spencer emphasizes that the West must invest in pro-NATO, Atlanticist messaging and urges the CIA to get imaginative again.
I agree 100%. Dismantling anti-American propaganda is a critical priority, and we need a holistic view of how these networks operate. For example, look at Nick Fuentes attacking JD Vance or Tucker Carlson. What are his motives? His focus centers entirely on personal grievances and Israel, completely ignoring the strategic geopolitical concerns of Europe or NATO.
Nostalgic yearning is one of the most profound calls to action. To conceptualize a rose-tinted past, and Will the recapture of the illusive phenomenon, is a noble dream. The illusion is what renders it noble; hiraeth propels us towards the actualization of myth.

American Presidents: Worst to Best
#43: Donald Trump
Arguably the worst president in American history, Donald Trump embarked upon an unprecedented eradication of American sophistication domestically and goodwill abroad.
Successes:
- Secured the Mexican border after record illegal immigration
- Ended federal DEI programs
- Supported the development of AI data centers
Failures:
- Attempted to overturn a free and fair election
- Threatened and alienated key Western allies
- Displayed softness towards Putin and hostility towards Ukraine
- Botched the War in Iran, resulting in a global oil crisis
- Presided over tremendous corruption, including bribing the American public for votes and using federal funds for campaign ads
- Rolled back climate regulations and green energy commitments
- ICE overreach
- Reversed Roe v. Wade
- Propagated lies, disinformation, and science denialism on a cataclysmic scale
- Botched the American response to Covid and BLM riots
- Bribed foreign leaders to investigate political opponents
- Appointed corrupt and incompetent sycophants to key cabinet positions
It is time to eschew halcyon notions of independent nationalisms. Europeβs destiny must be to become a nation if it wishes to recapture that long-forgotten Occidental yearning: the conquest of this world.
