BABY!!!! This is nothing BUT GOD! Can y’all guess who my guest is next week on Diary Of A Diva ? OOOHHH YALL are not ready 💜💜💜

I sued Hollywood alone all the way to the Supreme Court . This is the hard lesson I learned so you don’t have to .

YOU CAN’T MAKE THIS STUFF UP! 👀⚖️📖 On December 4, 2026, I release my memoir Nicci vs. Goliath: The Price of Ownership and Justice. TODAY, I learned that the U.S. Supreme Court has scheduled Yonay v. Paramount for conference on that EXACT SAME DAY! The case challenges the same copyright substantial-similarity framework I fought against all the way to the Supreme Court, representing myself without a law degree or a big legal team. My petition was denied. Now, as I prepare to tell my story, the highest court in the land is considering whether to hear another challenge to that framework. I couldn’t have planned this if I tried. SAME DATE. SAME LEGAL BATTLE. A WHOLE NEW CHAPTER. December 4. Sometimes life writes a plot twist better than any of us could. 🙏🏽✨ #NicciVsGoliath #CreatorsRights #CopyrightLaw #SupremeCourt #December4

Politics is SEXY AF now! 💙🌊 Smart, attractive, charismatic Senators, Governors & Blue Wavers?! Intelligence, Integrity and a little SWAG look good on America . Now it’s starting to look & feel like freedom . No shade, but some of those Republicans were a little pasty, aged and hard on the eyes. Okay…maybe a LITTLE shade. 😂📣

One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned at 56: People with that “Marsha, Marsha, Marsha,” destiny-swapping, jealous energy can’t be rehabilitated by you. Leave them alone they are dangerous . 🪬

Abracadabra over Everything ✨😂
