Interesting The Independent says Labour would not raise National Insurance rates on “workers”. Labour stated they wouldn’t raise NI. They changed it to NI on workers, after the election and after reneging on their promise. It was a lie then and it is a lie now!

If it’s not extra taxes it’s compulsion and hefty fines! They don’t seem to be bothered by the doubling of PIP benefits beyond stratospheric amounts or stopping the boats or paying out more in benefits than they collect in tax, or leaving oil and gas in the North Sea for Norway to exploit and then we buy if off them! Bring on the early election Mr Burnham.
