After I sold Fullstack, I tried to set up trusts for my family. I could track a $20 pizza to my door but with a multi-million dollar trust I had no idea what was going on.
So @updating_priors and I built a new trust company.

Today, we're excited to announce that we have raised $10 million in funding and officially launched Sava Trust Company, an AI-native, modern trust company chartered in Nevada, open to clients and their attorneys & advisors nationwide.
Our funding was led by @GradientVC, with participation from @ycombinator, @svangel, @Max, @orangecollectv and @SurgePointCap.
For too long, trust administration has relied on manual processes, disconnected systems, and complex fee structures. Establishing a trust can take weeks or months, with limited visibility for families and their advisors over the life of the trust.

$3 Trillion is currently stuck in unpaid invoices.
An average invoice takes 59 days to clear.

I recently saw A Complete Unknown, the new Bob Dylan biopic. 👌👌
Something important most people don't appreciate about Dylan is that he helped establish the entire idea of "singer-songwriter." Before the 60s, there was a strict division between song-writers and singers in pop music. Songwriters would write songs that would then be given to performers to record. Pop albums were filled with old popular songs and just a few originals written by the singer.
The idea of singers being able to write their own songs introduced this authenticity and introspection in music that defines music today including hip hop, rock, etc. We take it for granted today but it was a big deal when Bob dylan (and the Beatles) pioneered it.
If you haven't seen the movie yet, go see it, it was great.
The Dylan song I'm loving today is North Country Blues. He was only about 20 when he wrote it!
