I said I would wait until I got answers. I waited.
What came back was a spreadsheet. No invoices. No contracts. No dates.
When we asked for the documents behind it, we were told it's private and can't be shared.
So I'm not taking it over. I'm not signing my name to something I've never been allowed to look inside.
The token was created, launched and run by @Claynosaurz and @HeebooOfficial . The deals around it were signed by them. I have never held the keys.
I'm not taking the token, the treasury, the wallets or the Telegram. That was theirs to run and it still is.
Nobody has any right to use my characters or my brand. That stays true if it goes to anyone else.
I've been asking for transparency for more than a year. I spent my own money and time on lawyers trying to get answers. I still haven't seen one single document.
I know this isn't what people wanted to hear. Thanks to everyone who was patient with me.
If you hear again that it's up to me, or that everything is ready for me to take over, it isn't. Nothing is waiting on me. The invoices and contracts are still missing. This is my answer and it won't change.
Next week I'm going back to posting my usual videos and art.

Four simple questions: how much came in, how much was spent, how much is left, and when @Claynosaurz / @HeebooOfficial withdrew their own allocation.
I asked all four in writing. I don’t have a single answer.
This isn’t only about the creator fee wallet. That was one example. My lawyers asked for a full accounting: the treasury, the creator fees, the partnerships, the original invoices for every expense claimed, and the dates and amounts of Claynosaurz/HEEBOO’s own allocation withdrawals.
That request went out on 3 August, and again on 17 August with a deadline. I also asked for the Nimbus contract. The deadline passed. Nothing concrete has been provided.
What I received was two wallet addresses. A wallet address is not an accounting. It doesn’t show what was spent, on what, or who authorised it.
HEEBOO ran the web3 side of $NOBODY from launch: the token, the wallets, the listings, the partnerships. I made the art.
They keep offering to hand over the token. They have never offered the records. I don’t understand why one comes without the other.
I’m not making decisions about something I can’t see. That isn’t stalling. It’s what anyone would do in a normal business.
I know the silence has been hard on the people who supported this from the start. I’m not dropping this. I’m going to keep pushing until I get answers.
To be clear: the solana:C29ebrgYjYoJPMGPnPSGY1q3mMGk4iDSqnQeQQA7moon creator fee wallet is not mine. I did not create it, I have never controlled it, and I have never received a single dollar from it. Until recently I did not even know it existed.
*11 January 2026* — @HeebooOfficial tells the community the creator fees pay for "artists, salaries, activations both in Web3 and web2."
*31 July 2026* — same channel: "No, Heeboo does not have the creator wallet."
*10 August 2026* — letter from their CEO: "we do not hold, and have never held" the wallet, with an offer to help me identify the current holder.
Who holds it was never my question. I asked who set that wallet up, who has controlled it, and what the money was spent on. I received only a wallet address.
HEEBOO ran the web3 side of solana:C29ebrgYjYoJPMGPnPSGY1q3mMGk4iDSqnQeQQA7moon since the token was created. So who set that wallet up at launch, on whose instruction, and where did the money go?
I have tried to do this the proper way, with formal letters, through lawyers, so it could be resolved decently and without dragging the community through it. However, HEEBOO has continued to spread incorrect and incomplete information on Telegram. To this day I have not received any transaction-level records, or a single original invoice for the expenses they say they paid. What I have received is a "friendly" letter with explanations instead of evidence or documents.
I did not refuse a call. My letter says, in writing, that I remain prepared to meet as soon as the requested info is delivered. This transparency is essential to have any meaningful discussion. If we receive what's requested, a call will be scheduled right away.
