Two of the available Frontier sources on @nook_platform have seen significant drawdowns totaling over $5M+ in the past hour, alongside the broader crypto market, representing 10% of the overall TVL.
The most impacted source is the @hyperithm source on @Morpho - leading to low levels of liquidity for users to withdraw from.
While utilization remains high and liquidity low, we do not advise anyone to deposit into these higher APY sources just to try and get a higher rate. And we always recommend diversification of sources to earn across.
All Nook users have been notififed.
This Friday, we shipped a deeper breakdown into available liquidity.
When you earn from a market on Nook, you can not just view deposits and liquidity, but the available idle liquidity and available de-allocatable liquidity - giving you the full picture before you deposit.
For some vaults, there might not be any idle liquidity, so you might have to force deallocatable liquidity, based on a fee. Something that we now show up front.

The decision stays in your hands. Nook just makes it easier.

Nook has been added to the @circle alliance as a partner.
When Nook was just a prototype on my laptop, it was built on @USDC - since then, we have eclipsed $1B in transactions. All in USDC.
So we were excited when Circle added us as one of the 100+ companies innovating with USDC.
TY to David Shamash and the Circle team. 🤝

Today, we shipped the ability to withdraw from all available liquidity through the force de-allocation amount.
That means, if there is idle liquidity, or de-allocatable liquidity in a vault, you can withdraw from either.
That's a lot of terminology so let's break it down.
For everyone putting in long weeks. Here is to the end of the week. And higher earnings.
Happy Friday from Nook.
