ACA enrollment has dropped in every state, except New Mexico. What's special about New Mexico? They are the only state to fully replace the extra federal premium subsidies that ended this year.

As you can see in the video, Sen. Padilla clearly identifies himself. DHS still wrote this post falsely claiming that he did not.
Senator Padilla chose disrespectful political theatre and interrupted a live press conference without identifying himself or having his Senate security pin on as he lunged toward Secretary Noem.
Mr. Padilla was told repeatedly to back away and did not comply with officers’ repeated commands. @SecretService thought he was an attacker and officers acted appropriately.
Secretary Noem met with Senator Padilla after and held a 15 minute meeting.

This statement is shameful, @JGreenblattADL.
If someone commits a crime, we charge them with a crime. We don't capriciously revoke first amendment rights. We don't revoke immigration status as punishment for protests we hate.
This doesn't make Jewish Americans safer. A culture and legal order that protects freedom against state abuse is what keeps all of us safe.
Couldn't be more disgusted. Nobody should give the ADL another dime, and nobody should pretend this is an organization that speaks for American Jews. I'm out.
