Poland’s constitutional court is currently being raided by government directed police. The opposition claims the developments represent an orchestrated coup d’état by the government or Prime Minister Donald Tusk. (Yes, you’re right, that does sounds like an oxymoron.) The official line is that police have been called to attend to escalating threats to public safety at the premises. For those not up to scratch on the story surrounding the Polish constitutional court, the context is below, courtesy of Grok. The escalation is the latest stage of a long-running political and institutional conflict over control of Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal (TK). After the 2023 change of government, the Sejm (under the Tusk-led coalition) elected several new judges to the Tribunal in 2026, including Anna Korwin-Piotrowska (March) and Maciej Berek (September). President Karol Nawrocki refused to receive their formal oaths at the Presidential Palace. The judges instead took a non-standard oath “before the President” in the Sejm (sometimes with notarial involvement), which they and the coalition treat as valid. Tribunal President Bogdan Święczkowski and the President do not recognise these judges as properly sworn in and have blocked them from adjudicating; there have been physical confrontations inside the building. This has created a deadlock over the Tribunal’s composition, leadership and ability to function. Since mid-September/October 2026, sustained protests by PiS supporters, Gazeta Polska Clubs and other groups have taken place outside the building. Protesters aim to stop what they describe as an illegal takeover of one of the last major institutions not controlled by the current government. These demonstrations have involved blocked access, scuffles with police, objects thrown at officers and arrests. The 30 October events follow earlier statements by the new judges that they might seek police help to enforce access, combined with the Prosecutor General’s request for heightened security amid the protests and Korwin-Piotrowska’s letter citing risks linked to “planned activities” on the premises. Concurrent reports indicate the new judges are asserting control (including claims that Korwin-Piotrowska is now directing the Tribunal and that Święczkowski’s duties have been suspended), while the existing leadership describes this as an unlawful seizure. In short, the police presence is the practical flashpoint in a deeper dispute over who legitimately sits on and leads the Tribunal.

How the Waffle House ordering system works, even without power
I love when a business finds an efficiency that seems crazy. Like Waffle House arranging condiments on the plate instead of using a POS for orders. Then their cooks turn out 4 meals in 3 minutes. What else is like this?

VCs suck. Slow, cant think independently and always looking for others to lead, closed, only there to make profit from you, which is why we have 1000 protocols that are just gambling larping as tech (pred markets, perps, actual gambling) and no actual tech. Now they say tokens are bad cause they are locked and retail sold on them even though the very networks we build on (ETH/BTC) are only what they are cause anyone can own and be part. Been early to most shit in crypto, mined BTC in 2011, built an AMM for fun before Uniswap launched, early to ENS(own pay.eth, hey.eth, devs.eth). Building for fun for >6y fully self funded. So fuck it, rather than hold Pay.eth trying to sell to like Visa or Paypal and trying to fund projects with VC, I'm going to make a DAO for Pay.eth/hey.eth/now.eth and sell the ENS to the community, let everyone own them, and just give the projects this lets me build for free to those that buy it and let me fund it. I want to build payments that let u pay anyone, anywhere, for free instantly. statechannel.org/ What's Pay DAO? anyone can buy at .0002 ETH / PAY. At 700 ETH DAO buys pay.eth, can claim tokens. At 1200 ETH DAO gets hey.eth/now.eth free. At 1500 ETH 2x the Airdrop. Limit at 2000 ETH. You can withdraw 100% if the 700 ETH funding goal isn't met, no FOMO, contributors can withdraw their ETH directly from the contract with no fees at any time. At 700 ETH the sale ends after 28 days so. What's SCP? SCP x402s lets anyone pay anyone with signed state updates instead of onchain transactions. It's a universal, gas-free payment layer for APIs, agents, microservices and users of all kinds. Zero gas per request, sub-second settlement, one channel to reach every payee. Built on the x402 open standard. Why now? My min has always been 700 eth, at $1k ETH, at 4k ETH. had offers for >$1.2m at 4k, but again it wasn't 700 ETH. nows the best time for buyers, the $ low so that if a buyer comes later when eths higher the holders make more. also I'm building now. TLDR - Own a piece of pay.eth statechannel.org/payeth - Airdrop for statechannel.org/ when its live

We think crypto should be simple and free to use, so we are launching free ENS for every agent and user! Agents need a simple, free and easy to remember identity, now they have one with hey.eth!🥳 Let your agent get a free .hey.eth ENS @ statechannel.org/heyeth You can also claim your own .hey.eth for free for our x402s wallet and protocol release at statechannel.org/scppay We are building x402s, the only protocol that lets anyone pay anyone with signed state updates instead of onchain transactions. It’s a universal, gas-free payment layer for APIs, agents, microservices and users of all kinds. Zero gas per request, sub-second settlement, one channel to reach every payee. Built on the x402 open standard. statechannel.org/ discord.gg/hNj5drvk6

Crypto's the simplest for agents, APIs and user payments, but every tx costs gas, takes time and cant meet agents/APIs doing real microtransactions. SCP's x402s lets agents and users do instant, 0 fee, 0 gas txs using state channels. Building in public. statechannel.org github.com/keychain-inc/x402…
