ALT Desktop Instructions Desktop access is generally recommended only if you already have a Chinese payment method (WeChat or Alipay) set up, or if mobile pricing is too high for your region. WeChat is recommended as the easiest option to set up. Using a Chinese payment method lowers the monthly membership cost to 25 Yuan (approx. $3.50 USD) Step 1: Visit bilibili.com (make sure to use .com, not .tv). Using your browser's built-in translation extension is recommended. Step 2: Click the blue leftmost button at the top left of the page. You can create an account on your mobile app and scan the provided QR code to log in quickly on desktop. Step 3: Once logged in, the top-left blue button turns grey. Click or hover next to it to access the membership options. If clicking the purchase does not work, hover over it to reveal a QR code. Scan that QR code directly using your payment app (WeChat/Alipay) to complete the transaction. Step 4: Search using the Chinese title “万圣街”
