This man stays in a "church" that Rejects , or allows Pastors to Reject Jesus is God Jesus is Lord The Trinity The Scriptures are The Word of God Sin is Defined by Scripture There is a Hell Judgment for those Outside of Christ He has NO idea what the Church is for
Replying to @redeemed_zoomer
It's frustrating how unable some people are to comprehend basic arguments 1. Schism is sin 2. Unjustified separation from an organizational church counts as schism 3. No amount of heresy in the church justifies separation from the church if the faithful are not expelled (This is the most controversial, but I've provided my sources again and again. This was made explicitly clear by the Presbyterian Westminster divines with the following Biblical examples: Old Testament pagan demon worship done by religious leaders, Apostles staying in Jewish church after its leaders rejected Christ and not leaving until kicked out) 4. PCA, OPC, etc all separated from the Mainline due to errors in the church despite not being excommunicated. 5. Therefore, PCA, OPC, etc are sinful churches Where is the flaw in the argument? Simply saying "your church is liberal" or "the REAL schism is false teaching" or "I have kids" is not an argument.

Here’s how Christian social media works... Status: “Poor is one who works with a lazy hand, but the hand of the diligent makes rich.” The comments: “This is a little judgmental. I know a guy who isn’t rich but works hard. Are you saying he’s lazy?” “Yeah, and I know a rich guy who is lazy. He inherited all his dad’s money. Not diligent at all.” “Why do you care so much about economics? We should focus on heavenly things.” “Oh, so poor people are lazy?” “A lot of us work hard but are still poor because of taxes. What do you believe about a flat tax?” “I think Christians should desire poverty of spirit.” “A little off-topic, but do you think Die Hard is a Christmas movie? Come on. You know it is.” “The real reason we’re poor is the hidden tax of inflation.” “This sounds a little like class warfare.” “The richest guy I know was born without hands. What do you say to him?” “This would be true if we lived in a theonomic society. That’s why Rushdoony is my homeboy.” Weird, slightly related GIF. “Tell us how you really feel, Michael!” "More of this ragebaiting grift? You TheoBros are all about the clicks." “The Bible also says money is the root of all sin.” Reply from another commenter to the above: “Actually, it says the love of money is the root of all sin.” This becomes a fiery, aggressive subthread that somehow ends up being about pastoral salaries and George Soros. After a while...

Christians today stand in a position similar to the patriots of 1776 we long to live in a nation defined by Christian freedom, but we’re outgunned so let’s join in their Appeal to Heaven and entrust ourselves to Almighty Providence youtu.be/mFxTyqhnNtc?is=wDj-…

George Washington. I’ve never seen a convincing piece of evidence he was an actual Deist.
Who was the first president of the United States who was an orthodox trinitarian Christian (and not merely nominally associated with a Christian church)?

Thoughts on PCA GA. Louisville was a great host city. @MeltonDuncan was an expert moderator. Seeing friends old and new was encouraging. But I’m highest on the young ministers who are devoting themselves to this denomination and its long term health. The future is bright.

Keller Center fellows enjoy dunking on “faith, family, freedom” evangelicals whom they view as simpletons. But they have their own folk theology. It’s called androgyny. There’s no such thing as becoming a godly man or a godly woman. Just sexless meat sacks of “virtue.”
The Bible does not give us different virtue lists for men & women. I would say, "I will die on this hill." But I'm leaving the dying-on-a-hill to the greatest man in all of human history, who described himself as "gentle & lowly" (Matthew 11:29).
