THE CHART THAT MAKES NO SENSE
Go look at the 5 year chart for $NWBO.
In May 2021, NWBO traded around $1.95.
Today… around $0.16.
But this didn’t start five years ago. This has been happening from the beginning.
Now look at what NWBO has accomplished along the way…
Phase III completed. Peer reviewed survival results published. DCVax L submitted to the MHRA and still under regulatory review. Updated survival analyses. Sawston. Advent. Flaskworks. Leukapheresis infrastructure at Welbeck. SPIMACO in Saudi Arabia.
The science advanced…
The infrastructure advanced…
The regulatory story advanced…
Yet the stock has been relentlessly driven into the ground.
And then look at Moderna and Merck…
They announce results from a personalized mRNA cancer vaccine in melanoma… a cancer generally far more treatable than glioblastoma… using an mRNA platform that has remained controversial in the public conversation since COVID… without the full results even published yet…
And the stock goes parabolic. Billions in market cap added.
Meanwhile NWBO completed Phase III in glioblastoma… one of the most aggressive and difficult cancers on the planet… published peer reviewed survival results… built the manufacturing infrastructure… and has DCVax L sitting before the MHRA.
And somehow…
$0.16.
You seriously have to ask…
HOW THE HELL DOES THIS HAPPEN???
I believe we are being manipulated. Period.
But to every long wondering what is going on…
The stock price is NOT the science.
We are closer to the finish line than we have ever been.
So stay calm… but do NOT stay quiet.
We need to spotlight this like never before.
Tag people with platforms. Tag the biggest voices in biotech and finance. Tag journalists, researchers, doctors and investors with massive followings.
Share the science. Share the patients. Share the accomplishments. Share the chart.
Put eyes on this. Ask questions.
Because we could be approaching a material, life altering event for patients, this company and its shareholders.
Years of suppression cannot erase years of progress.
And when regulatory validation finally comes…
the entire conversation changes.

@MHRAgovuk Remember last year when parliament members asked about DCVax and you gave meaningless boilerplate responses?
Stop delaying.
1000 days and still no decision for DCVax-L.
I have been waiting almost 3 years to write these words:
NO EVIDENCE OF DISEASE. 🙏❤️
Today we met with Braelyn’s neurosurgeon, Dr. Linda Liau at UCLA (telehealth).
When our local radiologist read Braelyn’s August 28 MRI as “no evidence of disease recurrence,” we were thrilled—but I was afraid to fully exhale.
I knew Dr. Liau and the UCLA tumor board would scrutinize every millimeter of those images.
What if they saw something the local radiologist missed?
Today, Dr. Liau told us that she and the tumor board had thoroughly reviewed Braelyn’s MRI.
They were amazed.
There is NO VISIBLE TUMOR.
Even the ~10% Dr. Liau had to leave behind during surgery because of its intimate involvement with critical structures is no longer visible.
She emphasized how amazed and pleased the entire tumor board was by such a complete response at this point.
Her assessment: the prior radiation and the ongoing DCVax appear to be working very well.
Their recommendation after also reviewing the Keytruda regimen Braelyn recently started?
KEEP DOING WHAT SHE’S DOING.
😭🙏
First and foremost, we give ALL thanks and glory to God.
People all over the world have prayed for this girl. I cannot begin to express how humbled and grateful we are.
But tonight I also cannot stop thinking about how close Braelyn came to never having this opportunity.
Earlier this year, her tumor was enormous and growing rapidly.
We sought help from multiple surgeons—including at prestigious institutions.
We were told further surgery was too risky.
We were offered the same old options: chemotherapy and photon radiation that would affect most of her brain, given the size of her tumor.
Her tumor is MGMT-unmethylated, so for Braelyn, chemo was all risk with little to no benefit.
And then a stranger I met here on X changed everything. @ThomasOwenMcCa1 connected us with Dr. Liau.
After reviewing Braelyn’s case, one of the first things she said was:
“This girl needs surgery right away.”
I told her we knew that. We just couldn’t find anyone willing to do it.
I asked if SHE would.
“If you can get her to me, I will do her surgery.”
We got Braelyn to UCLA.
Within two weeks, Dr. Liau operated and removed ~90% of a massive tumor spanning three lobes, stopping where continuing would risk critical structures.
And this time, her tumor tissue was PROPERLY PRESERVED.
That tissue was ultimately sent to England and used to manufacture Braelyn’s personalized DCVax vaccine.
She has now received 3 induction doses + her first booster.
And today?
The tumor that Dr. Liau had to leave behind is no longer visible on MRI.
Think about that.
And then think about what could have happened if we had simply accepted “there’s nothing else we can do.”
THIS is why I will not stop advocating for reform.
Patients should not have to find potentially life-saving treatment options accidentally through strangers on social media.
Patients should be told about legitimate investigational options when standard treatment offers little hope.
Patients undergoing tumor surgery should be informed BEFORE surgery about preservation of tissue that could potentially be used for personalized treatments.
And patients should have the right to make informed decisions about which risks they are willing to take.
Promising science means very little if the patients who need it cannot access it.
Braelyn is living proof of why access matters.
Tonight, though, advocacy can wait for just a moment.
Tonight I’m her mom.
And I finally get to say the words I have begged God to someday let me say:
NO EVIDENCE OF DISEASE.
Thank You, God.
Thank you, Dr. Liau.
Thank you to everyone who opened a door, donated, shared her story, fought for her and prayed for our girl.
There is always light, even in the darkest places.
Tonight that light is shining incredibly bright. ❤️🙏

Braelyn has to travel back and forth to the UK for DCVAx, a promising non-toxic glioblastoma treatment.
It is developed by a U.S. company, Northwest Biotherapeutics, but not available to patients in the U.S.
@ThomasOwenMcCa1 took part in a clinical trial and is an 11 year survivor.
Flights, ground transportation and hotels are expensive

Amanda and Braelyn flew back to London Wednesday as Braelyn continues to battle glioblastoma.
Her family is encouraged by a promising, non-toxic treatment two top U.S. cancer centers never mentioned - a treatment developed by an American company.
Friday’s appointment is quick. The trip is not: two transatlantic flights, a hotel, and everything that comes with it.
“We’re flying 4,000 miles for a U.S.-developed cancer treatment. Braelyn is 19. She just started college. Yesterday she was in the Charlotte airport taking an online class before an overnight flight.
She should be home with friends getting stronger — not crossing the Atlantic for a treatment that should be available here.
When she was diagnosed, no one even told us about DCVax. I found it myself.
We’re grateful she can get it in the UK and we’ll keep getting on these planes. Patients shouldn’t have to. They need a fair, efficient regulatory path — and they need to know these options exist.
Friday: DCVax #4 at King’s College. I’ll keep fighting so another family doesn’t have to fly 4,000 miles to do what we’re doing today.”

“No evidence of disease recurrence.”
I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of reading those words. ❤️
For more than three years, I have suffered from terrible scanxiety. Every MRI brings that familiar knot in my stomach—the fear that one scan could change everything.
I’m not sure that feeling will ever completely go away.
But this time feels different.
Braelyn’s MRI shows no evidence of disease recurrence.
After everything she has been through—multiple brain surgeries, radiation, and now DCVax—I’m finally allowing myself to feel like maybe, just maybe, we’ve turned a corner.
We know this journey isn’t over. We’ll keep watching. We’ll keep treating. We’ll keep doing everything we can.
But today?
No recurrence.
And those may be the most beautiful words I’ve read in a very long time. 🙏❤️

📂 Case No. 1:22-cv-10185-GHW-GS
📅 Filed: August 17, 2026 (late-night filing; appeared as early docket update)
📄 Documents 324, 324-1, 324-2 (provided via Dropbox in the first comment section)
⚠️NOT LEGAL OR FINANCIAL ADVICE. Allegations are unproven unless and until decided by the Court.
NOTE: There is a hearing scheduled for TODAY at 3:00 pm. See attached.
⸻
🚨 WHAT WAS FILED?
NWBO submitted a sur-reply asking the Court to reject defendants’ request to reconsider a prior discovery ruling.
👉 The Court previously held that defendants’ trading systems/algorithms are relevant and proportional to NWBO’s spoofing claims.
👉 NWBO is now seeking production of source code and underlying system instructions.
👉 Defendants oppose and want limits or reconsideration.
NWBO’s core argument:
💻 Trading data shows what happened — but only code shows why it happened.
⸻
⚖️ KEY COURT BACKGROUND
NWBO points out Judge Stein already indicated:
🗣️ If algorithms drove trading activity, they are discoverable.
⚖️So NWBO argues this is not a new request—just enforcement of an existing ruling. 🌶️
⸻
💻 WHY NWBO WANTS SOURCE CODE
NWBO alleges algorithmic spoofing/high-frequency trading manipulation and argues:
📊 Market data shows orders, quotes, cancellations, executions
💻 Code shows the instructions behind those actions
🧠 Those instructions may show intent
📑 Depositions alone are not enough
🔥 NWBO calls the code central to its case and says there is no substitute for reviewing it.
⸻
📚 EXHIBITS (SIMPLIFIED)
📄 324-1 (Interrogatories)
NWBO asked six firms (Citadel, G1, GTS, Instinet, Lime, Virtu) to identify:
Who traded or supervised NWBO activity
Who built/maintained trading systems
What systems/software were used
How orders were routed/executed
Compliance oversight personnel
⸻
📄 324-2 (Responses)
Defendants generally claim:
❌ No “algorithms” used to trade NWBO
BUT acknowledge systems that:
⚙️ Receive and route orders
📢 Generate/display quotes
🔗 Link to market participants
✅ Execute trades
👉 Dispute centers on whether these systems count as “algorithms” or just automated trading infrastructure.
⸻
🏦 CITADEL (EXAMPLE)
Citadel:
Initially denied algorithm use
Later identified a key employee (Dan Yara)
Confirmed systems for routing, quoting, execution
Citadel says systems are generic across many securities.
NWBO argues:
❓ Even generic systems may contain code explaining trading behavior and intent.
⸻
⚔️ NWBO’S MAIN DISCOVERY COMPLAINTS
NWBO claims defendants:
Deny algorithm use
Resist identifying key personnel
Withhold system/code details
Limit document production
Dispute search terms
NWBO also alleges disputes over witness production (e.g., Citadel employee access).
⸻
🛡️ PROPRIETARY CODE ARGUMENT
Defendants cite confidentiality concerns.
NWBO responds:
🔐 A protective order already exists
📦 FINRA guidance supports code retention and auditability
⸻
🎯 BOTTOM LINE
NWBO argues:
📊 Market data = output
💻 Source code = instructions
🧠 Instructions = potential intent evidence
👉 Therefore, source code discovery is essential to proving spoofing claims.
⸻
📌 WHAT NWBO IS ASKING THE COURT
❌ Deny reconsideration request
✅ Uphold prior discovery ruling
📂 Require production of relevant source code and system evidence
⸻
⚠️ Defendants deny wrongdoing. No findings have been made by the Court.

It’s worse now with social media and stock manipulation. A peer reviewed publication in a major journal reports a successful phase 3 trial reports more than a doubling of 5 year survival and the stock price of the company should skyrocket but instead it plummets. Headlines of trial failure spread faster than the truth. ⚖️ Northwest Biotherapeutics, Inc. v. CITADEL Securities LLC, et al.
🏛️ U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York
📂 Case No. 1:22-cv-10185-GHW-GS
📄 Documents 317, 318 & 319
📅 Filed August 12, 2026
⚠️ NOT LEGAL ADVICE — LAYMAN’S SUMMARY
🔒 Document 318 was filed under seal and is not publicly available. Document 319 is the publicly available, redacted reply.
📌 WHAT IS THIS ABOUT?
This is another discovery fight over whether CITADEL and Virtu must produce their trading source code.
The court’s July 10 order said evidence concerning algorithms would be relevant:
“if the algorithms were used to conduct the trading in NWBO stock at issue.”
The defendants are asking Judge Gary Stein to clarify or reconsider that portion of the order.
They argue:
🔹 They did not use “algorithms,” as defined by the SEC, to trade NWBO.
🔹 Their source code is general-purpose trading infrastructure used for thousands of securities—not code designed specifically to trade or allegedly spoof NWBO.
🔹 NWBO can investigate the alleged spoofing through trading records, depositions and other targeted discovery without receiving millions of lines of source code.
🔹 Producing firm-wide source code would be extremely burdensome and expose proprietary information.
📄 DOCUMENT 317 — MOTION TO SEAL
The defendants asked to file a public version with limited redactions and place the complete reply under seal.
They describe the information as among CITADEL’s:
“most valuable and closely guarded assets”
They argue that disclosure would cause:
“serious and irreparable competitive harm.”
📄 DOCUMENT 319 — REDACTED REPLY
The defendants contend that NWBO has not established why the source code is necessary.
Their filing states:
“Source code is not the answer to a data question.”
They also argue that producing:
“millions of lines of code that were used to trade every OTC security would add nothing to the analysis of what happened in the market.”
Relying on the Harrington case, they emphasize that alleged spoofing can be evaluated from trading data without source code:
“The alleged spoofing was analyzed based on the trading data alone—just as can be done here.”
Regarding one disputed CITADEL transaction, the defendants claim the redacted information shows the order was:
“genuine and executed, the opposite of a fictitious order placed with no intent to trade.”
⚠️ That is the defendants’ argument—not a finding by the court. Much of the supporting information is redacted.⚠️
🎯 WHAT DO THEY WANT?
The defendants want the court to rule that firm-wide source code does not have to be produced unless NWBO makes an additional showing that it is necessary.
Alternatively, they request:
📝 Further briefing
🤝 A conference concerning the trading data
🔍 Less intrusive discovery first
⏸️ No source-code production until those steps occur
🔎 BOTTOM LINE
This is not a court ruling in the defendants’ favor. CITADEL and Virtu are asking the court to limit, delay or reconsider source-code discovery, arguing that trading data alone is sufficient.
⚖️ Judge Stein must now decide whether NWBO has shown that access to the defendants’ source code is justified.

We’re home. ❤️
After several weeks in London, three doses of DCVax, a whole lot of travel—and, for me, finally conquering the jet lag—we’re slowly getting back into the swing of things.
One of Braelyn’s first requests when we got home was to check her PO Box. She was SO excited to find it filled with birthday cards, notes of encouragement and love from so many of you. One even included a Starbucks gift card, which she promptly put to good use today on one of her favorites—a vanilla matcha. 😊
But today brought something else she has been waiting 2½ months for…
Her wig finally arrived!
We spent the afternoon in Atlanta learning all about caring for it, and I think the picture says everything. She absolutely LOVES having long, straight blonde hair.
And this mama? I absolutely love seeing my girl feel happy, beautiful and confident. ❤️
Tomorrow we’re back to business with a follow-up with her radiation oncologist. Then next week we meet with her local oncologist as we prepare for the next piece of our treatment strategy—a checkpoint inhibitor following DCVax.
DCVax has been working to educate Braelyn’s immune system to recognize her tumor. The goal of adding a checkpoint inhibitor is to help take the “brakes” off that newly educated immune response so those activated T cells can better do their job.
Three DCVax doses are now on board.
Her immune system has its marching orders.
Now go get ’em, DCs!! 💪🧠🩷
And thank you to every single person who continues to send cards, prayers, encouragement and love to this girl. She sees it. She feels it. And so do I.
