“Aidan Rowan, a member of the Rockland County Republicans Executive Committee, chair of the Rockland Young Republicans and Republican Supervisor George Hoehmann's campaign manager, was arrested Nov. 4, the day after Election Day and arraigned in Clarkstown Town Court on felony charges related to allegations of ballot fraud in the June primary.”
Rowan was also an associate of Mike Lawler.

Rowan was released and is scheduled for a court date.
