Got a chance to attend the @obvious frontier event in Atlanta to test out Autobuild, their agentic engineering harness.
It was a blast. Not only did we talk about the best practices in agentic engineering, but we put it to the test on our own code.

david showed me a demo of @obvious agents a few months back, and it was the first time i saw enough of the stack coming together that a normie startup could continuously and safely delegate complex, multi-hour engineering (and non-engineering) tasks to a non-human.
tomorrow we kick off the 3rd cohort of startups we've invited to use Autobuild, the internal tool driving the insane autonomous build velocity at @obvious (nearing 1000 PRs a day from 10 engineers)
each co is shipping 12 weeks of roadmap
this is the frontier, build accordingly

I started writing a training manual for our new @obvious customers, and it occurred to me that they might like to understand how Agents work.
I asked it to write a Doc called "Inside the Mind of an Obvious Agent."
My Agent replied, "love this idea!" When it was done it wrote "this is probably the most important document in the whole project."

So the new flow for our agency is to
a) discovery call with client and record with @attio
b) connect accounts to @synterai
c) build out the media plan and campaign strategy in @synterai
d) review with client using @attio to record our call
e) pull the transcript from attio in synter to make updates and launch.
f) produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports using the synter mcp via @obvious for seriously stunning reports.
Life is good. AI Native is where its at.
