Following a statement made on Tuesday in #GhParliament by the Interior Minister on imposition of a dusk to dawn curfew in Hamile, Dr. Titus Bayuo (MP, Lambussie) appealed to the govt to reconsider the decision & lift the curfew to ease the plight of residents.
Dr. Beyuo made a brief #MPStatement on the floor today while acknowledging efforts by govt to apprehend perpetrators of the crime the curfew has hampered business activities in the area due to its restriction on movement. #GhParliament

Question time. Minister of Roads & Highways, @KAgbodza, answered some #MPQuestions on road projects within constituencies across the country. However, question number 727 seeking an update on the stalled Savelugu-Walewale project was withdrawn by the owner. #GhParliament
MPs sought interpretation of the standing orders regarding the votes & proceedings. In the opinion of @etsedafeamekpor House Speaker Bagbin's direction for removal of Samuel Jinapor was omitted in today's votes & proceedings but the speaker explained it'd be captured by hansard.
The Speaker added it was impromper for the entire minority caucus to walk out the chamber as an MP was being removed by the marshal for unruly behaviour. "it was not right", he said #GhParliament

#GhParliament stands adjourned until tomorrow at 12pm. Interior Minister, Alhaji Mohammed Muntaka Mubarak, has outlined measures to maintain law & order ff the murder of 2 Immigration on patrol in Hamile. As a result a dusk-to-dawn curfew has been imposed on the township.
Samuel Jinapor (MP, Damongo) was dismissed from the chamber by the Speaker for unruly behaviour. Mr. Jinapor was made to withdraw a statement on an unsubstantiated claim of alleged sale of diplomatic passport during comments ff presentation of business statement. #GhParliament
