Okay I am a god and I need to tell someone. So for sequel to my book is dealing with the ethical questions of the magic system/world I've created. This leads to an extremly detailed erotic scene between two characters that is essential and important to the plot and character arc of one of them. I cannot stress enough that it is very important to the plot hence the reason it is extremly detailed and included. This is arguably a very big moment for the character, literally a part of their arc. I have never written erotica ever in my years of writing. I have never written romance of any kind. This chapter raw, is one of THE BEST CHAPTERS I HAVE EVER WRITTEN IN MY LIFE. I WISH I WAS JOKING. IT IS ONE OF THE BEST CHAPTERS. This may be a highlight of the whole book. Its essential to the plot, shows character dynamics, the justification of the main character, it has a tension point, it flows amazingly well, and you can really see and feel everything. And to top it all off it denies you any and all closure. This may be one of the very best thing's I've ever written. And I can't show anyone yet bc im not even a quarter way through the next book. (To be clear I wrote this chapter ahead of when it happens, bc I got the idea for it and wanted to write it when it was fresh in my mind.) I am actually so impressed with myself. I will definitely tweak small things but yall i tapped into the power of art for that chapter holy fuck
