Something I’ve wanted to solve for a while: could help videos just make themselves?
Been experimenting with the new Supercut video/motion rendering engine (dropping soon).
You describe what you want to demo or explain. An agent works through the real product, and out comes a finished video, with voice-over, cursor movement, camera moves and zooms.
Your brand kit goes on top: title cards, step labels, outros. All controlled through prompts and saved as reusable dynamic components.
I tried it two ways.
One is an automated headless recording of the app.
The other is fully synthetic: every button, label and panel is rebuilt as its own editable layer. You can rename things, swap in different data or restyle the whole thing, even after the video is finished, without re-recording anything.
Can you tell which is which?

Our head of marketing, unfiltered.
I’ve recorded 100 Supercuts in 8 weeks. About 1 in 5 was watched by a teammate. Most of the rest were video prompts for AI agents.
That’s how every new page on supercut.ai since May got briefed and reviewed.
Not all of those briefs went well.

Busy comment threads on a supercut now open with an AI summary at the top, so you get the gist without scrolling through all 47.

Six agentic workflows that start with a screen recording, all on our website:
Bug report → Linear ticket
Design handoff → dev-ready stories
Feature demo → help center article
Screen recording → SOP
Update video → Slack message
Video feedback → actions
Major unlocks incoming.
Been building a brand new video rendering pipeline for supercut.ai based on our work on mixture.dev, can not wait to ship.
The work on mixture unlocked so many improvements and features.

The Supercut desktop app now has a teleprompter. Paste your notes, set the scroll speed and text size, and jump between sections as you record. Take one has a better chance of being the final one.
AI driven motion/video editing with a multi-canvas editor, been having fun with mixture.dev this weekend.
Its great having it generate video based on the music and a simple prompt.
We're also working on a big update to supercut.ai which will benefit from this engine.

Your agent can now find a supercut from what you remember about it, not just what you called it. search-recordings is live on the Supercut MCP server, and it reads the AI summary as well as the title.

We've been staring at curves for a long time. Figured we'd show you some.

How is Mixture 1200% faster than CapCut?
Check out the export speed of this video in the browser.
Created a quick promo video with opus 5 and mixture.dev, pointed it at Supercut.ai

30 seconds is all it took to import a Loom folder into Supercut. Bigger library? It runs in the background while you work.
