Someone in charge of design at @SlackHQ must have gotten so much heat for not supporting syntax highlighting, and nobody cares anymore

Scion is interesting but I struggle to trust the report when this chart has no percentiles and our p50 fetches aren’t far off the scn numbers for a not-much-smaller repo. Maybe you’re holding git wrong…

These number look correct for shallow clones, which agents create all the time with shallow fetches unless you make an effort to prevent it from happening (which i highly recommend doing for any devinfra team)

The new Codex TUI using Ctrl-C to copy text is one of many examples why this was such a rushed out release. They probably didn’t dogfood half of these features before they shipped it globally to millions of users.

There are large repos like torvalds/linux, and then there are Large repos that grow the size of torvalds/linux on a monthly basis

@pierrecomputer diffs[.]com + SCIP Code Intelligence Protocol One thing I kept wishing is go to definition/references. Wired up SCIP, click any symbol in a diff, jump to its def or every usage. All from a static index file, no live LSP needed!
