Why is @eBay_UK so shit? Trying to process 3 returns this morning, and all I get is "Something went wrong It's not you, it's us. Please go back and try again." Complete and utter crap.

In the meantime customers are asking why I haven't refunded them yet. "Sorry, it's not you, or me, it's the utter crap that is eBay". You would think for the amount of money we pay in fees, we would be able to use the site without constant errors.

Spent 90+ mins on the phone to @HMRCgovuk about a penalty point and £8.46 fine due to HMRC processing a VAT filing 1 day late. If they did this to all 2.3 million UK VAT businesses, that's a lot of incorrectly taken fines @HMRCcustomers Welcome to the @Gov scam

Told me my account hadn't been updated for 10 days. How can something not update for 10 days with all this tech at our disposal? This is why a fine can snowball with daily interest, as their site doesn't update for 10 days. Why are they not being investigated for fraud?

2 hours in, and I'm told they have filed a dispute for the fine / interest, but they can't do anything about the point. Put me through to debts who then cut me off.

Why is there no link to raise a @Xero support ticket any more? Oh, they are gatekeeping it with an AI chatbot. I don't want to chat to AI about a bug with your @XeroAPI I want to raise a ticket with examples!

Why on earth are we receiving letters when we close a "Pot" @NatWest_Help ? What a complete waste of time, money, paper and everything else that goes with it!

Still baffling why we are restricted to all @Xero invoices etc be sent from their [email protected] email rather than our own custom email domains.

Spaces on @StarlingBank are great, so I was happy to see @NatWest_Help has added Pots, but why can we not move money into them automatically? Seems odd that they only accept manual transfers into them

Congrats to @RoyalMail @click_and_drop for rolling out a password update, which doesn't actually email you a link to reset - now stuck not being able to send anything!

Recently sold on @vinted @vintedUK and it's got to be one of most badly designed platforms. Did it start off as a messaging app, and then they decided to start selling stuff?
