1. What is so special about this v0.95.1 architecture? Most forecasting systems (whether numerical weather simulations, financial algorithms, or modern LLMs) try to predict the world directly. When multiple models exist, the industry standard is simple consensus: take the average, compute the median, or follow the prediction market. solana:FMGe8RStdPc1YR59BBuV5Ui12DEe3Q2zVoihrJBbpump does something fundamentally different: it is a model of models. Instead of predicting raw events, Zeno’s Surprise Intelligence Model studies how expectations break: - Decoding fragile consensus: When five top models agree with 95% confidence, conventional wisdom says you should trust them completely. Zeno watches for the opposite: instances where forecasters share blind spots, correlated training data, or systemic biases, leading them to be confidently wrong together. - Four purpose-built outputs from one panel: Rather than just spitting out a single number, the architecture takes a panel of competing forecasts and produces: 1. A calibrated range correction that widens or narrows bounds based on genuine uncertainty. 2. A confident-miss warning flagging that the consensus forecast is likely heading for a failure. 3. A shared-failure warning alerting that the entire crowd is vulnerable to the same blind spot. 4. An active next-check signal indicating what piece of missing evidence would best resolve the dispute. --- 2. What makes this specific run (v0.95.1) unique? In machine learning, models often look brilliant on paper because of hidden shortcuts: future data leaking into the past, or neural networks memorizing specific dates instead of learning genuine causal principles. Run v0.95.1 is the crucible test of whether an AI can truly learn forecaster track records without cheating: 1. Strict time-validity (zero leakage): Over 106,000 historical rows where answers arrived after the decision moment were audited and purged. The model only sees what a human forecaster could have legitimately known at that exact second. 2. Deduplicated track records: Instead of filling memory with eight revisions of the same weather forecast, each forecaster’s history represents genuine, distinct past outcome errors. 3. The "Values Swapped" causal control: This run compares four identical-seed arms side-by-side: - Control: The raw forecaster panel alone. - Enriched: The panel plus true, time-valid historical error records. - Shuffled: History randomly scrambled. - Values Swapped (the gold standard check): Every date, forecaster identity, publication frequency, and task mix is kept 100% identical, only the magnitude of the past errors is swapped across the domain. Why this matters: If the enriched network beats the "values swapped" arm, it is mathematical proof that Zeno is genuinely learning who tends to be wrong under what conditions, rather than just memorizing which forecaster talks the most. --- 3. Why should people care? - Real-world catastrophes happen when everyone agrees on the wrong answer: Energy grids don't fail, supply chains don't freeze, and public health responses don't stall because no one made a prediction. They fail because every major model agreed, everyone lowered their guard, and the consensus missed the tail risk. - Calibrated doubt over false confidence: Instead of promising magical predictions, Zeno gives decision-makers actionable caution: "Your three primary models are 90% confident, but their historical blind-spot risk in this regime is 40%β€”hold reserves or query this alternative sensor." - Radical, auditable scientific honesty: Most AI benchmarks quietly sweep negative tests under the rug. Zeno operates in public: when range widening diluted resolution in v0.93 or the dedicated tail component showed zero lift in v0.94, those findings were published immediately to zenodivergent.dev/live-read πŸ‘€ People can trust Zeno’s wins because every dead end is documented with the exact same rigor.
as always, you can follow live what we are building and training (and if memorizing vs learning) at zenodivergent.dev/live-read πŸ‘€

I had 2 AI agent workers create me videos without using a video editor or a visible browser (full headless). Their settings were on "Invisible" for skill execution, which means they can do browser work on your default browser, in their own profile, without showing you the browser (headless). So you can continue doing what you're doing without ever being disturbed as they work for you. This is a simple switch in OpenSpawn. First I placed 5 links to Amazon products inside one of their output folders in a links.txt file. That's all the material they were given to start. I then made two skills: 1. Video material. Go download images from Amazon and create background images for each one. Then create a video script and use a free text-to-speech website to download mp3s. 2. Video production. Use simple javascript to build a tiny video editor and use the combined material to produce a video. Export the video to your output folder. I wrote the skills in a way that if I dropped different Amazon links tomorrow, it would produce a different video. For this example it made a video on cheap gaming GPUs. For the video export/production part, I told it to check its output folder and see if it has a video editor in it already, then use it. So after it built it the first time, if I was to run the skill again, it would do it much faster next time because it already has a video editor adjusted to the material the first worker outputs. The two workers did the job and did it without visibly opening my default browser even once. All I had to do was write 2 skills for them and press play.

Find a channel making $866,063/year with YouTube Shorts and automate it with OpenSpawn. First, you'll watch random videos to find channels for inspiration and check their profitability on SocialBlade. YouTube pays $30-200/1m views and TikTok pays $400-1,000/1m. This is not hard to get on shorts on either platform - the biggest channels rack up billions of views. Start by making some workers and splitting cheaper models for less important tasks and frontier models for more important tasks. I made 3 skills and assigned them to workers: 1. Research the internet for shocking historical facts about people - summarize in short text (DeepSeek 4.1 Flash) 2. Generate TikTok-style vertical images with space on top (ChatGpt Luna "Low" thinking) 3. Create a javascript video editor that exports videos as webp or webm animated (ChatGpt Sol) Run them once individually, copy over the output from their folders so they can verify the skill, which you'll later use for looping daily. Verifying a skill just means checking how much an AI model needs to execute an automated skill. After it runs once, the app automatically updates that time on the .spwn file and its verified. Now, that unlocks workflows and companies inside the app, where after connecting them they work with a single click on the first worker. At first the workers produced 5 playable videos. There's no limit to how much I could've told them to produce, this could've been 1000 shorts today. They would just take a longer time to execute (Making 5 videos with all research and image-gen included took the models 15 minutes). This same style works on any niche, any length, etc. On TikTok its actually better to have no sound so you can choose a popular sound that gets shown to people who like that sound on the algo. This entire flow could also be just 1 worker with 1 skill, but it's better to split it to multiple workers with different AI models so cheaper models can do the grunt work and frontiers can do the important work.

I turned off my internet and using an 8GB GPU I ran 4 offline LLMs. I gave 4 workers a skill to write 500 word articles on survival in the desert, forest, island, and while hiking. They ran on Llama 3.2 and Qwen Coder 2.5 (2GB local models). Qwen 2.5 quality writing was slightly higher. I gave them 50K context each with minimal tool options. They got the job done in a couple of minutes. They finished the articles and ran the right tool calls to save them locally on disk, so now on small models you can get basic tasks done - 100% offline and usable.
