I genuinely think that something's wrong w/ me when I wakeup everyday w/ headaches & sore upper shoulders up to my nape and back of my head. Plus I never truly felt rested even w/ 8-9hrs of sleep. I also still feel really sleepy the whole day. I find it hard to get up
