The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) is seeking information from members of the public on the whereabouts of STEPHENSON ODUOR OUMA, alias KODHEK, who is wanted pursuant to a warrant of arrest issued by the Milimani Chief Magistrate’s Court in Criminal Case No. E647 of 2023.
Ouma is wanted in connection with alleged offences of Conspiracy to Defraud, contrary to Section 317, and Stealing by Agent, contrary to Section 283(3) of the Penal Code, following allegations that he misappropriated insurance premiums at Signature Insurance Agency.
