The Premier League use technology to decide a player is 3mm offside but nothing to root out cheats like this. Should be a retrospective 3 game ban. Cheating @Arsenal fanny.

💬 𝗤𝗨𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗦 - Steven Gerrard on the Isak penalty decision:
“The speed of the cross, how it happened, and the reaction, you can understand how a referee could possibly miss that or think there's not much in that. But with all these screens around, how you missed that in the VAR seat is an absolute embarrassment.”
“There's no excuse for it, is there, really? I'd be saying the same if this was anyone. To hold someone's shirt for that long and have 3/4 opportunities to see that and slow it down. And the amount of cameras that are in stadiums at the moment, it's really poor from Stuart Atwell.”

🚨 🎙️ Gary Neville on Arsenal performance against Liverpool:
🗣️"It is absolutely outrageous, standard Arsenal now under Mikel Arteta. You watch this team every week….they’ve completely abandoned playing football for this dark-arts, haram nonsense.
Look at the Timber pull on Isak in the first half—he’s got a handful of his shirt! It’s a blatant penalty, clear as day… And then the foul by Tzolis... how on earth is that not given? It’s a joke, it really is. They’re kicking people, pulling shirts, committing foul after foul to break up the game, and the referee just stands there and lets them get away with murder.
And as for the officiating in this league? Absolute shambles. The inconsistency week-in, week-out is mind-boggling. You can’t tell me with a straight face that VAR looks at those two incidents and sees nothing wrong. Premier League refereeing is sinking under the weight of its own controversy right now, and teams like Arsenal are capitalizing on it because they know the ref simply hasn't got the courage to make the big call!"

🚨🎙️ Zlatan Ibrahimović on Arsenal's controversial performance against Liverpool:
🗣️ “Honestly, what are we watching here? This is becoming standard Arsenal under Mikel Arteta. Instead of focusing on playing football, they are spending too much time on dark arts and trying to disrupt their opponents.
“Look at the incident involving Timber and Isak in the first half. There is clear shirt-pulling, and Liverpool have every reason to question why a penalty wasn't awarded. Then you have the incident involving Tzolis. How does that go without a proper decision?
“Players are being pulled, challenges are flying in, and the game keeps getting interrupted. The referee has to take control. You cannot allow these incidents to go unnoticed.
“And don't get me started on VAR. What is the point of having technology if controversial decisions continue to create more questions than answers? The Premier League needs consistency from its officials. Big matches deserve better officiating.”

🚨 Thierry Henry launches furious attack on the refereeing against Liverpool:
“At some point, we have to stop pretending these decisions are normal. I understand football is a difficult game to officiate, but what exactly are we watching here?
Liverpool are competing for points, not asking for favours. You cannot make decisions like that and expect everyone to simply move on. The referee has a responsibility, VAR has a responsibility, and today I think they have failed Liverpool.
If that happens to Arsenal, Manchester City or Real Madrid, believe me, we would be talking about it for the next three days. But because it’s Liverpool, everybody suddenly wants to remain quiet.”
🚨 Jamie Carragher on Timber pulling Isak’s shirt:
🗣️“Honestly, what are we doing here?
Isak is through on goal, Timber isn’t even attempting to play the ball, and he literally grabs hold of his shirt to stop him from getting away.
How on earth is that not a penalty?
And what makes it even worse is that VAR doesn’t even intervene. Not even a proper check. Nothing!
What’s the point of having VAR if you can’t get decisions like this right? This is exactly the kind of incident VAR was brought in to deal with.
You can call it good defending all you want, but when you’re pulling a player back without making any attempt to play the ball, that’s a foul. Give me a break!”
🚨Roy Keane SLAMS Arsenal and referee after liverpool denied penalty.
🎙️Interviewer: Jamie, what is your reaction to Liverpool being denied a clear penalty?
🗣️Roy Keane:
“Honestly, I’m absolutely furious. How on earth can the referee watch that incident and decide it isn’t a penalty? What exactly are these officials watching?
“At this point, I’m beginning to believe Arsenal are playing with different rules from everybody else. Every big decision seems to go their way, and when it’s time to make a difficult call against them, suddenly the referee doesn’t see anything.
“I’m sorry, but this is becoming embarrassing for the Premier League. You cannot keep making decisions like this and expect people to take the competition seriously.
“Arsenal need to understand that winning football matches is supposed to be about football, not getting favourable decisions from officials. If this is how they’re going to compete, then I wouldn’t be surprised if they win the league again this season.
“And let me be brutally honest: if Arsenal win another Premier League title with decisions like these, people will question how they managed to do it. The referees need to stop protecting them.
“Liverpool deserved that penalty. The officials have let the game down, and Arsenal have benefited from another controversial decision. Enough is enough!”
🎙️Interviewer: Are you suggesting Arsenal are benefiting from refereeing decisions in the title race?
🗣️ Keane:
“Absolutely, look at the decisions! You cannot tell me Liverpool and Arsenal are being treated equally. It’s ridiculous. The officials need to explain themselves because this is becoming a pattern.”

Micheal Oliver on VAR, he should not be anywhere near a Liverpool game, this can not go on he’s an absolute disgrace. How a conversation regarding Isaks pull from Timber is not had, is beyond me…. Head butt on Macca, you can’t do that when on a yellow card already, I swear to god if I ever see him in person I’m going to tell him to his face, you should not be allowed to officiate Liverpool in any capacity.

Michael Oliver was not the VAR (or involved in any capacity) for the Liverpool vs Arsenal match. Andy Madley was the referee and Stuart Attwell was the VAR.
