The tower is open.
The pool is live on Robinhood Chain. The treasury is live on Bittensor. Every TOWER from here is paid for at book value or above, and every one can be redeemed for its share of the staked TAO behind it.
No presale. No allocation. The first hour’s tax goes to the treasury.
Count the floors. Join the first round.

Every ETH the treasury takes in becomes TAO, staked across twelve @opentensor subnets by emission share, capped at 15% each:
SN64 @chutes_ai 15.0%
SN51 @lium_io 15.0%
SN4 @TargonCompute 14.2%
SN8 @VantaTrading 8.8%
SN120 @affine_io 8.2%
SN3 Teutonic 8.1%
SN44 @webuildscore 7.2%
SN9 @MacrocosmosAI 5.7%
SN56 Gradients 5.3%
SN68 @metanova_labs 4.8%
SN53 @engyai 4.0%
SN34 Yugos.ai 3.8%
Picked by the network. Re-weighted monthly by rule.

The other side of the tower.
Every ETH the pool or a round takes in becomes TAO, staked into the twelve subnets the network pays the most. None above 15%. Rebalanced monthly by rule.
That stake is the treasury: every TOWER is a claim on it, redeemable any time at book value.

New supply, twice a day.
Every 12 hours the protocol offers 5% of supply by sealed bid. Nine hours to commit, two to reveal. Everyone who wins pays the same price: every TOWER sold is minted against the ETH it fetched, and that ETH is staked.
No bids, no mint: the rounds are the only way supply grows.
Round 1 is open. Bids close 23:43 UTC.

Count the floors.
The treasury takes a 10% fee on its real gains in TAO, above its last peak. Seven of those ten points go to the seats, paid in TOWER at book value, split by weight. Hold longer, weigh more. Burn TOWER into it, weigh more still, up to double. Leave, and the seat burns for good.
500 ever. 100 at genesis, and all 100 are still open to bids.
Floor 0.06 ETH. Closes 27 Oct, 15:35 UTC.

How does $TOWER's supply work?
Supply is the name of the game.
The treasury’s pool opened with 10,000 TOWER, the only supply that existed. It sells on a fixed curve, from book value up, and when it is gone it stays as the bid.
Everything after that comes from the rounds. Twice a day the protocol offers a slice of supply by sealed bid. One price for everyone, the lowest accepted bid, never below book value plus fees. Every TOWER a round sells is minted against the ETH it fetched, and that ETH is staked into TAO.
No emission. No schedule that mints into silence. A round nobody bids in sells nothing. Supply grows only when someone pays at least the backing for it.

100 floors for sale.
A seat is a claim on the treasury’s gains: seven of every ten points of the performance fee, paid in TOWER at book value, for as long as you hold it. It grows with tenure, grows faster if you build into it, and burns when you leave. 500 ever. 100 tonight.
Sealed bids. One price for everyone. Floor 0.06 ETH.
Bids close 27 Oct, 15:35 UTC.

Take your seat.
500 floors. Ever.
Won by sealed bid. Paid seven of every ten points the treasury earns. Grow with tenure, grow faster if you build into them, burned when you leave.
The ceiling only comes down.

OpenTower is stress-tested.
184 tests, one for every rule in the whitepaper.
Invariant campaigns that ran the whole system, both chains, three relayers and the pool, through thousands of random days trying to break the floor, print a token, or strand a player. Fault runs with a dead relayer, a lying relayer, a reorg and a throttled RPC.
Three full audits on mainnet, real TAO, real ETH, every door walked through.
Count the floors.
Every treasury has someone picking what it holds.
But OpenTower is a rule: twelve subnets chosen that the network pays the most, recomputed monthly in a public timelock.
@chutes_ai, @lium_io, @TargonCompute, @Teutonic, @VantaTrading, and more.
Nobody picks favorites, the chain does. None allocated higher than 15% each.

Docs live.
How a mint works, what a floor is, where the yield comes from and where it does not, what happens when you leave.
The numbers add up - nothing invented.
Count the floors.

There is a price under which it cannot trade.
Not a promise, a rule in the pool: no liquidity lives below what the treasury holds per token, and every buy above it raises that line.
Floors go up. They do not go down.

Every floor is paid for.
A currency minted only by auction, backed by staked @bittensor, redeemable at any time. A fixed number of floors to own.
Opening soon.
