The OMERO installation workshop at #foundingGIDE event at @riken_en in Kobe was followed by the "Imaging workflows in OMERO" workshop. The participants had the satisfaction of installing OMERO on a VM. A lively discussion ensued on Monday 4th November here in Kobe.

Second day at @UGMYogyakarta OMERO workshop. Further exploration of large pathology images, connection of OMERO and @QuPath , scripts and @FijiSc OMERO plugin. We continued with deep learning app CellPose connected to OMERO via Python API
Strong start into the first day of the OMERO workshop at @UGMYogyakarta. The OME Team went through basics of OMERO, OMERO.figure and @QuPath extension of OMERO.
