New generic graphic added to TacTrace: Split arrow. Hold Ctrl/⌘, and drag from a point to pull out a new flow. I've also added options for setting tail arrowheads.

I love the new flow arrow tool in TacTrace. These kinds of arrows are so common in maps, allowing me to recreate this map from West Point's classic war atlases.
