No. She didn't. She was the communicator between the jet and ground control. She was not flying the jet. (or any jet) Pilots get their experience hours by co-piloting. That is what she was doing here. Co-piloting. Getting the experience hours you are talking about.
Her voice is what you hear on the tapes because, as co-pilot, her job was to be the main communication between the jet and ground control.
She got her pilots license and 1300+ hours in flying as a teenager flying smaller planes. She was in the process of training to fly jets. This was a part of that.

Mientras Colombia se une para atender a los afectados por el terremoto, sectores de la izquierda comenzaron a atacar al nuevo Gobierno y a cuestionar su reacción. Sin embargo, antes de cumplirse una hora del sismo, el presidente Abelardo de la Espriella ya se movilizaba para coordinar personalmente la emergencia y el apoyo a las ciudades más afectadas. En estas horas críticas, Colombia necesita rescate, coordinación y solidaridad, no desinformación política.

UPDATE: 7.4 magnitude earthquake struck western Colombia early this morning. 🇨🇴
At least two people have been confirmed killed, in the city of Manizales. In Cali, officials say at least twenty buildings have collapsed, with people still trapped inside. 😔
Earthquake hit at 7:34 in the morning local time, centered near the town of San José del Palmar in Chocó.
Authorities have said there is no tsunami threat from this quake. This also comes just two months after Venezuela was hit by a devastating pair of earthquakes that killed more than six thousand people, a grim reminder of how active, and how dangerous, this region has been lately.
