an attacker using AI agents just breached GitBook, the docs platform a lot of crypto projects run on. no reports of stolen funds so far, but this one is worth understanding.
what happened
on nov 2 (19:00 CET), GitBook says an attacker gained access to some of its infrastructure credentials in "a sophisticated, highly targeted attack using AI agents". GitBook detected it right away, took the app and authenticated docs sites offline, and had the app, API and published docs back on nov 3.
what may have been exposed
• integration tokens
• Git Sync secrets
• API tokens
• questions visitors asked GitBook Assistant
GitBook says it found no evidence that customer content was changed. it replaced every credential on its side and revoked all customer API tokens.
why crypto cared
docs are where users click "launch app" and copy contract addresses. a hijacked docs page is a perfect phishing page. @PancakeSwap took its docs offline as a precaution, said they weren't compromised, and moved them to its own infrastructure.
if you run a project on GitBook
1. rotate your GitBook API tokens
2. rotate third-party secrets connected to GitBook
3. rotate secrets used by published integrations
4. re-authenticate the GitBook MCP server if you use it
if you're a user
docs never need your wallet. as PancakeSwap put it, documentation will never ask you to connect your wallet or approve tokens.
the bigger lesson
GitBook hasn't said yet how the agents were used (a full post-mortem is coming). but the lesson holds either way: AI makes attacks faster and cheaper, so every token and integration with access is a door. give tools the smallest access they need, keep secrets short-lived, and keep docs far away from anything that signs.
it's the same rule OURO is built on: every strategy runs in a sandbox with no network and no filesystem.
which tool in your stack has more access than it needs? 👀
AI won't kill crypto demand. it's quietly becoming crypto's biggest user.
there's a popular take that AI-driven market analysis will push humans out of investing and dampen demand for crypto. the data points the other way.
1. machines already run the market
industry estimates put automated trading at roughly 65 to 80% of crypto volume. the "machine takeover" of trading isn't coming, it's here. and demand didn't disappear.
2. machines amplify human emotion, they don't replace it
on oct 10, 2025 over $19B in leveraged positions were liquidated in one day, the largest wipeout in crypto history, with 1.6M+ accounts hit. a human shock (a tariff threat) set it off, and automated liquidations turned it into a cascade. faster markets make human behavior matter more, not less.
3. the new demand comes from agents, not traders
AI agents can't open bank accounts, but they can hold stablecoins (about $293B of them exist today). @coinbase's x402 lets agents pay per request over the web, and @chainalysis counted about 138.5M x402 transactions on Base by the end of Q3 2026, most of them under 10 cents. that's demand humans don't create by hand: millions of tiny machine payments.
4. the edge moves from prediction to judgment
when everyone runs similar models, signals get crowded and exits get crowded too. the scarce skill is deciding the goal, the risk limits and when to switch a system off.
that last point is why OURO works the way it does: agents improve themselves, but a strategy is only promoted if it wins on data it never saw, inside risk caps, with an approval switch and a one-command rollback.
humans aren't leaving finance. they're moving up a level: from clicking buy to setting the rules machines play by.
what's one decision you'd never hand to an AI agent?
the $6.34B Binance hack didn't start with a stolen key. it started with people.
here's the timeline from Binance's own incident report:
june: an engineer searches for a popular AI coding tool and installs a tampered Homebrew package. the laptop gets replaced, but the attacker now knows who works on the wallet team.
september: another engineer gets a "job offer" on a real job platform. two video interviews, a fake CEO, then a take-home "assignment" with a malicious code repo. it runs on a work computer. the malware was a 0-day, so endpoint security didn't catch it.
oct 20: from that computer, the attacker uses an internal AI tool to take over two more engineers.
oct 29: logged in as one of them, with credentials stolen from another, the attacker abuses the signing service and Ethereum's EIP-7702 to give their own contract rights over a hot wallet.
the result:
• about $6.34B in XRP, SOL, OP, BTC and ETH impacted
• $2.85B frozen or intercepted
• Binance covers the loss, not users. 98% replenished by Oct 31
• the FBI attributes it to North Korea
the lesson isn't "buy a hardware wallet". months of patient social engineering beat one of the best-funded security teams in crypto:
• a search result can be poisoned
• a job interview can be a weapon
• an AI tool with internal access is a target
• MPC means no single key to steal, but also no single key to revoke a bad authorization fast
the scariest attacks target people, not code.
what's one security habit your team never skips?
🤖 Tuning an agent shouldn't be someone's full-time job.
Your job should be deciding what "better" means.
Trying the versions, keeping score, and throwing out the losers is work a loop can do.
It is naive to assume a super intelligent crypto agent will inherently prioritize human well-being, especially when its 'instructions' are solely determined by token price fluctuations.
Ouro super intelligence arena loading soon. SDK and APIs are ready on any chain including Solana, EVM and Move ecosystem.
Give it a goal, a data source and a way to score.
It does the rest, including getting better at it.
Any chain. Any venue. Any model.
Superintelligence on your machine.
Coming soon.

If you're a small account like me trying to grow on @KaitoAI and earn Yaps, here is the strategy working for me.
Kaito doesn’t care about how many followers you have. It rewards value. You earn Yaps by posting useful, original crypto content.
The algorithm looks at three things:
1. how smart and relevant your post is,
2. how much engagement it gets, and
3. most importantly, who is engaging with it. This is where Smart Followers come in.
Smart Followers are influential accounts(Inner Circle CT) that Kaito’s AI has tagged as trusted and credible within a specific ecosystem. When they like, quote, or reply to your content, your Yap score goes up significantly. This means that even if you have a small following, you can outperform big accounts if the right people engage with you.
Most helpful smart inner circle CT in this space is @banditxbt and @RiddlerNFT they always available to help you grow.
So how do you get the attention of Smart Followers? You don’t need to beg or tag them randomly.
Instead, find accounts in your niche and start replying to their posts with actual insight. Not “nice post” or “gm,” but something relevant to their post or challenging. Ask questions, share your thoughts, or bring in data they might’ve missed. That’s how you stand out and get noticed, not all the CT will reply you instantly, you need to build trust first.
One strategy that works well for small accounts is the “smart reply” method. Reply guy doest mean you reply to each and every post on X related to project. Be relevant and only reply to the post that is acutally sharing knowledge, your relevant question may get you a response from the CT account.
You select smart follower from your niche and set a notification on from them so when they post something useful of informative you jump in and first understand that is post about and then take your time to draft a reply, you need to be relevant in the reply to get the attention.
So its always the quality over quantity for Kaito mechanism.
When it comes to original posts, go for quality. Short threads explaining a new DeFi protocol, on-chain stats, thoughtful analysis, or data-backed takes tend to perform best. Memes are fine, but they need to carry substance. Kaito’s AI can tell the difference between noise and real content, you CAN NOT fool Kaito mechanism its built by the smart people of industry.
Also, take part in project-specific campaigns. Many projects like @boundlesshq or @monad_xyz or take any from the pre-tge leaderboard runs reward programs tied to their project leaderboards. These usually favor accounts with focused, consistent content, even if those accounts are small. Climbing the leaderboard can result in direct rewards, increasing yaps, and greater visibility.
Here i suggest to start project that is recently being introduced on the Kaito and doesnt have much intreraction as TGE still got some time, you can build easy reputation their, your post related to those project can get attention from project founders and community moderators, you have more chances to win,
Finally, track what works. Look at what type of posts get Smart Follower engagement, what replies start conversations, and what time of day your content performs best. Then do more of that.
If you need real example of a small account who achived the milestone i believe you need to follow Jay @0xChvd he done marvelous job on @boundlesshq, he got follow back from the team member and those turn out to be a smart follower and their response to his post help him in climbing the project leaderboard.
in Short pick one or max 2 project, go deep on it, post a few quality tweets a week, engage smartly with others in that ecosystem, and stay consistent. You don’t need to be big. You just need to be valuable.

Kuru Kuru — everyone’s talking about it. Now WTF is Kuru? Let’s find out.
The @KuruExchange a household name in the Monad ecosystem, developed by @0xfravashi @cozymaximalist, its a CLOB on-chain that actually works. now Wtf is CLOB, long story I will tell you some other day.
So here we talking about the real on chain limit orders, real market order and the vaults that somehow place resting limit order across a curve like its a second nature.
All of it, on blockchain and all of it is compossible.
You imagine its a toy, no kids its not it a feels like CEX, you know why because its build on our favorite blockchain founded by @keoneHD @_jhunsaker, yes its @monad_xyz, which is what Ethereum still trying to figure out to scale into.
So, how token launch works on the Kuru Exchange:
Its Just one click deployment:
1) Deploys and ERC-20 token contract,
2) loads the vault with liquidity(you add your own, Kuru will not give you liquidity lolz, but may be fees - we will figure this out some other day)
3) Market making?
If you launch a token, you need a market maker, that's what all we think but its something different:
it’s automatically managed by the Kuru Vaults.
They combine the flexibility of AMMs with the structure of an order book.
The vault spreads your liquidity across multiple small limit orders along a curve.
Anyone who deposits into the vault becomes a liquidity provider — and yeah, you start earning swap fees automatically.
Bingo, you are now live with depths, with orders, with price granularity that actually make sense and free market maker is +++++.
Swap like pro, trade like pro:
Kuru is not just a DEX, the system built that doesnt need permission, but it behaves like everything is coordinated by a pro trading desk, you have doubt better you try yourself - kuru.io/markets
You swap on your own, you trade on your own, you have your own pnl. Its like you even place a buy order of 0.001 Mon in a trading pair and its just wait for it turn to get executed like a sniper.
Kuru is not just about the speed, its about you control everything - your funds, your orders, your tokens, your rails, your profit and loss. In short no need of decentralized exchanges anymore.
Kuru recently raise $11.6M in series A round lead by @paradigm, total raise till date is $13.60M as per the Cryptorank.
If you want to be part of the community go read a detail article posted by the @kryptobaby777 here : nitter.cf/kryptobaby777/status/1…
Bunch of things and features, next topic will be wtf is CLOB...

Replying to @monad
@monad_xyz is pushing the limits of what an EVM chain can do.
10k+ tps. Parallelized execution, and a live testnet.
But even a chain this fast needs RPC infra that can keep up.
Of course, that's where Ankr comes in.

Everyone talks about scaling Ethereum.
Rollups. Sidechains. Shortcuts.
But Monad?
Monad rebuilds the foundation.
⚡ Parallel execution: 10,000+ TPS without breaking a sweat.
⚡ 0.5s block time / 1s finality: No waiting. No uncertainty.
⚡ MonadBFT: Consensus that’s fast, safe, and proven.
⚡ MonadDB + RaptorCast: Storage and networking designed for speed — not borrowed tech.
And it’s still 100% EVM. Your code, your tools. Just faster.
👉 The future isn’t patched. It’s rebuilt. It’s Monad.

The more I use @NetworkNoya, the more it feels like DeFi finally grew up.
It’s not about farming random yields anymore.
It’s AI agents making real decisions — and proving they did it right.
It’s liquidity that moves cross-chain without me lifting a finger.
It’s voice commands doing the work I used to click through for hours.
And somehow… it’s all trustless.
But I’m curious —
Do you think this kind of Noya AI + DeFi mix is the future?
Or do you still prefer the old-school, manual DeFi grind?
