2,449 cold emails, written with my YYY framework.
267 replied. 135 of those replies were positive.
The first email carries no link and doesnβt ask for a meeting. It gives the reader one easy thing to say yes to.
I packaged the framework into a free Claude skill:
β hand it a LinkedIn profile or a lead list
β it researches the prospect and writes 3 drafts under 80 words
β you pick one and hit send
β no reply after 4 days, it writes one follow-up that delivers what you promised
If your offer is weak it wonβt save you. What it fixes is the email that reads like a mail merge.
It runs on the Claude subscription you already have. Nothing to buy.

Shopify brands get the same free audit from every agency. We sent each one its own AI search result.
Hereβs part 3: the signal, with every prompt, and the skill that checks it.

Skill is here: email.claudegtmskills.com
Leave your email, it lands in your inbox. Works in Claude Code and the Claude app.
Putting your prices up feels like it'll scare everyone off. Thing is, the ones who leave over β¬200 are usually the same ones who wanted a discount every month anyway
Lost deals from this year sitting in your CRM? Sort them into "lost on price" and "lost on timing". Claude'll do it from your notes in about 5 minutes. The timing ones are worth one more email before Christmas
Those "comment GUIDE and I'll send it" posts get 400 comments, sure. That's 400 people who wanted a free PDF though. Great list if you happen to sell PDFs
"Know anyone who could use this?" gets you "I'll have a think" and then nothing. Ask a happy client who else they know that's hiring their first salesperson and they'll actually name someone, because now there's a face in their head
Got a proposal going out tomorrow? Hand it to Claude as the finance person who'll actually have to approve it and ask what they'd cut first. Fix that bit before it lands on their desk
My 5 best Claude GTM findings this month.
- A GTM show host who nearly replied on air
- an AI model that flips its own answers
- 3 more things from this monthβs builds.
+ a prompt that tells you which one to use first.

Half the "how we got to β¬1M ARR" threads skip the part where the first 20 clients were the founder's old colleagues. Fair play. Just don't beat yourself up when your cold emails don't do what their address book did
Small market isn't a reason to skip cold email. If only 400 companies could ever buy from you, you can actually read every one of their sites and write to each like a person. Big markets don't get that
Those "40% reply rate" templates going round on here were usually sent to 50 people who already knew the sender. Copy one word for word to 5,000 strangers and you'll find out pretty quick
Hiring an SDR before you know who actually buys from you just means paying a salary to find out the hard way
"Nobody replies to cold email anymore" mostly comes from people whose first line is about themselves. Open with their thing, and mention yours right at the end

Team Human beat Team AI 8 to 2
I asked 10 AI founders & GTM experts the same question: CAN AN AI SDR BEAT A HUMAN SDR IN 2026?
Team Human (8):
- @fivosaresti: "I don't think so."
- @itsalexvacca: not yet, the tech is not there
- @titobohrt, who has built 90+ SDR teams: "Not right now and not ever."
- @brandon_ai : "Right now it's hype. I wouldn't do it."
- Pranam Lipinski: "Hype."
- Michael Slawson: a black box AI SDR tool gives you a sugar rush, nothing more
- Jack Porter : most AI SDR companies rebranded in the last 6 months and stopped doing outbound
Team AI (2):
- @outboundman: 1 AI SDR already beats 1 human SDR on volume, just not a whole sales team
- Eoin McGuinness: "Correct. Yeah." He even put a date on AI closing a deal start to finish: 24 months.
The most useful rule came from the hardest no. Tito Bohrt says if your product sells for under $30K/Year, don't use human SDRs at all. Use AI.
Same question, separate interviews.
Which team are you on?
