We've seen overwhelming demand from our lawyers to generate more billable hours.
As such, we've decided to delay the raise in order to help them escape the permanent underclass.
Update on the @overdotcomputer raise:
We’re postponing the launch while adapt our legal structure for Over’s fundraise. It’s taking longer than we expected, so we’re not setting a new date until that work is done.
The raise is oversubscribed, having more in pre-commitments than total capacity. We’ll announce a date once we have one we can stand behind.

prop firms make billions from traders who own 0% of the business they’re helping build.
that’s the part Over is trying to change.
traders pay fees, generate revenue, bring other traders, and help grow the platform. historically, their only upside is their own PnL.
now imagine your trading activity also earns you ownership in the business.
if this works, traders might start choosing prop firms based on how much of the upside they get to keep, not just how much capital they’re offered.
i’m surprised crypto hasn’t experimented with this more.
