Has anyone noticed the growing pattern of Generals facing arrests, internal military disputes or intimidation even after retirement? What message does this send to those still serving? And what does it say about the security of those entrusted with the countryβs defence?

UPDATE: Tensions are mounting across the Teso sub-region after former Works minster Musa Ecweru, a senior commander of the auxiliary vigilante force known as the "Arrow Boys," issued a public ultimatum demanding that retired former Deputy Chief of Defence Forces (CDF), Lt Gen Peter Elwelu, surrender to recognised authorities or face a coordinated hunt.

Nothing beats a homogeneous society for us.
If youβre unsure, travel first. Iβve never been more certain of anything in my life.

In the past and in recent weeks, I've seen some Christians say don't agree with Paul's writings which I find really curious. Here, the late Dr. Myles Munroe claimed that the writings of Paul was not focused on the gospel which I totally disagree with.
Romans and the same Corinthians says otherwise. In fact, 1Cor 15:1-3 is the most profound definition of what the gospel is. But I agree with the part that his writings was about doctrine and life in the kingdom.
Take a listen.

Your explanation of why it collapsed, it isn't satisfactory
β 1. No cause is identified. "Leaned and tipped over" describes the failure mode, not the trigger. A full tip over of a 4 level frame suggests a lateral stability problem or progressive failure, and your explanation doesn't address either.
2. Beam sizes are not evidence of a design flaw. A 600Γ600 mm beam over 6 m isn't inherently wrong, and could even be oversized. Without drawings, the real question is whether the reinforcement matched the member's demands. You infer "design problems" without any design to check against.
3. Missing material data. There's no mention of concrete strength (cube or core tests, or rebound hammer readings), no rebar yield checks, and no cover or lap/anchorage observations.
4. Foundations aren't mentioned. For a building that leaned and tipped, bearing capacity, footing size and founding depth, and settlement are an obvious first check.
5. The connection to the steel frame hall is not analysed. Joining a rigid RC extension to a flexible steel structure raises questions about differential movement, lateral load transfer and pounding
Preliminary Findings into Holy City Church Building Collapse
How it fell:
The building first leaned and tipped over, bringing down the entire structure. One person died, and 25 people were injured.
What was being built:
It was a four-level building extension (ground floor plus three floors above) attached to the existing church hall. Under the building rules, it is a Class A building, which means it requires the highest level of approval and professional oversight.
How it was built:
The new extension was made of reinforced concrete (concrete with steel bars inside). It was joined to the older church hall, which is a steel-frame structure.
Stage of work:
The structure was complete, and workers were carrying out final finishing works, including laying terrazzo floors, when it collapsed.
Possible design problems:
Some concrete beams were very large, measuring up to 60 cm by 60 cm, and some stretched more than 6 metres without support. This points to possible problems with the building's design.
Steel bars in the floors:
The steel bars inside the concrete floors were of different sizes and were spaced unevenly. This weakens a floor.
Legal status of the building:
No building permit or approved drawings were found on site.
Workmanship:
The columns, beams and floors were uneven and irregular in shape. This suggests poor workmanship and a lack of supervision by a qualified professional.
No safety measures:
No site safety measures were observed in place.
