On-chain data shows a large outflow from a Binance hot wallet (Binance 14) involving roughly $2.53 billion across 60+ tokens on Ethereum, including a major ETH transfer.
The transaction that moved the funds was initiated by an address funded via Tornado Cash, with the assets sent to a fresh EOA.

🌴 Built completely by Dev2, we have finalized the emulator product shown during multiple Spaces incl. #127 & #129 to a full suite that is now being employed by multiple clients in over 3 countries.
Emulify allows you to run masked Android phones with residential addresses to automate social media accounts, posting, track views, emulate user-like behaviour and much more.

A one-time wallet signature to open up the session is required, after which you enter the 2FA code to get your sites visible.
The sites can then be managed from the AI harness.

The repo being initialized through root means that the reposited files are what register into chat. They also refresh in real-time.
Any changes requested to be made to them show up along with past commits.
Now using ops.palmaierc.com requires zero technical knowledge.
The UX/UI has now been successfully ported across all features and tabs to the Web version of root, chat.useroot.sh.
The unitary root Account has been linked to ops.palmaierc.com, where integrations are approximately 70% done in terms of synchronizing the registered (licensed) wallet address with having a plan on the ethereum:0xf1df7305e4bab3885cab5b1e4dfc338452a67891 Ops Panel.
In addition, Staking and DAO participation (voting) is being worked on as an automation task within root, allowing you to completely externalize the holder processes to your decentralized AI help desk.
