Inspired by my good friend @joelgeek I just posted five Shorts on my YouTube channel, youtube.com/palmsolo, to share some of my early @apple iPhone Duo experiences. Loving it so far, but LOTS to explore and discover ahead.

Yikes, I always have purchased @spigen glass screen protectors, but just installed the one on my iPhone Duo and the entire right side isn't sticking along the edge. I used their tray and followed the specific instructions too. Waste of money and I guess I'm going without a protector.
Good move by @Spigen They proactively refunded my purchase of the screen protector on Amazon and stated they were refining the product because there are some issues with it. I’ll likely buy again once they get it fit properly for the iPhone Duo.

Apple iPhone Duo vs Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8: I've tested both passport-style foldables, and I still can't tell you which I prefer — but that's a good thing techradar.com/phones/samsung…
Time to write a novel on my train commute or enjoy some Formula 1. Loving my @Apple iPhone Duo so far.
I do miss Rambler from my Pixel 11 Pro Fold.
LOVE that Apple Pencil works on cover and large inside display so really looking forward to testing use cases for that functionality.
Matte big inside display is something I like way more than anticipated. Seems that Google and Samsung could have had such a screen protector to hide the crease and provide a good writing surface too.

The COROS Dura 2 In-Depth Review is up! Both written post and video. I dive into everything you need to know based on real-world riding. It has the longest bike GPS battery life out there, but there are some steep trade-offs to be made. Here's everything: dcrainmaker.com/2026/10/coro…
One app/experience I enjoy on Samsung/Google/OnePlus foldables is having the @YouVersion on one side and note taking on the other for studies and church services. Really looking forward to testing this out on the iPhone Duo.

I’ve been using my iPhone Duo for about a week! Here’s my review creativestrategies.com/resea…
I traveled 8 hours to buy the first Galaxy Fold and have been using foldable ever since then. As a train commuter and business traveler, I open and use the inner display on my foldables all of the time and will do the same with the Duo. My family can't wait to have me back on iOS after 2 months without an iPhone.
I'll post my thoughts on my iPhone Duo when it arrives on Friday, but have no problem forming my own opinions even if I watch all of the other existing elite reviewers hands-on thoughts. I'm disappointed in the lack of Face ID, but I guess that will keep the Apple Watch Ultra 4 on my wrist full time ;)
Wow, outstanding iPhone Duo review. I wish I had this level of production and editing. Waiting for my Duo to arrive on Friday and watching lots of reviews for key features to test out. 10,000 Folds Later... youtu.be/8pCccpKjjos?si=Yj_h… via @YouTube

Washington, I know this ballot is confusing as hell. And that is on purpose. Politicians in our state are trying to confuse you becuase they don't believe in democracy.
The only reason we get to vote on this is that enough brave people stood up and demanded it. Otherwise, the governor would have signed this into law like the King of England, treating us like serfs with no rights and no power.
Well, I won't stand for being tricked, lied to, and treated like a child.
Just to be crystal clear, if you vote "Yes," it will repeal the illegal income tax.
It will not reduce funding to schools or human services because the tax doesn't go into effect until 2029. So we aren't taking anything away.
Starbucks left because of this. Microsoft has threatened to move jobs out of state. Amazon now employs nearly 15,000 fewer people in Seattle than at its peak. Seattle is second to last in the number of VC deals that closed in Q3.
Holding a small number of companies and rich people hostage, when they have options, is a foolish strategy that is already backfiring spectacularly.
The solution?
Reduce taxes on businesses and income. Why even tax people under 25 at all? Give families with children a HUGE tax credit. Make this state an incredible place to do business and have a family. Encourage entrepreneurs to come here. Get startups, agencies, and smart, motivated people to build here.
We can increase overall state revenue if more people make stuff, employ people, and create more value for everyone here. Not by chasing them out of the state and creating a hostile environment for business.
Remember this: governments and taxes don't make jobs. Entrepreneurs do.
