🌊 WHEN THE STRONG ONES WOBBLE It doesn’t matter who you are, how much healing you’ve done, or how strong you believe yourself to be... this path will test you. Awakening asks us to see what we once avoided. Healing asks us to feel what we once buried. Breaking old cycles asks us to become someone our past may not even recognize. And sometimes, that weight gets heavy. There are people all around us carrying storms no one can see. They’re still showing up. Still smiling. Still getting through the day. But inside, they may be holding on by a thread. So if you notice someone wobbling, reach out. Say hello. Send the message. Offer the hug. Sit with them for a few minutes. Listen without trying to fix everything. Sometimes presence is the medicine. Sometimes being reminded that someone cares is enough to help a person make it through another day. We are moving deeper into a season of change, and more people may find themselves struggling with what is surfacing inside them. None of us are immune to that. Not the healers. Not the leaders. Not the ones everyone believes are strong. Especially not the strong ones. The storm has a way of stripping away the illusion that we were ever meant to do this alone. And maybe that is part of the lesson. When the winds rise, we discover not only who we are... but who we are willing to be for one another. Check on your people. Be gentle with strangers.
