@flyspicejet No staff is ready to help them as they are senior citizens. Your staff is also not polite. They don't have time to even inform them. I will have to take necessary legal action against this kind of attitude of airlines.

My Mausi has booked today's Delhi to Leh @flyspicejet ticket bearing PNR No ZGDMWQ on 5th May. When she went to check-in she was refused for boarding and handed over tomorrow's ticket without any prior intimation. This is clearly deficiency in service by spicejet.
