🚨💣EXCL: José Mourinho reacts on Manchester City being found guilty on 114 of 115 charges for breaking Premier League financial regulations: 🗣️ Mourinho: “One hundred and fourteen out of 115? And people thought I was exaggerating when I said finishing second with Manchester United was one of my greatest achievements. They laughed. They said José was making excuses. Perhaps now they understand.” “If the consequences mean Manchester United are declared champions for 2017/18, then give those players their recognition. They worked, they sacrificed, they competed. I would happily accept that medal. My address has changed, but I am sure the Premier League can find me.” “The independent commission deserves credit for carrying this investigation through. These things require patience and courage. It does not matter how powerful a club is or how much money it has. The rules must mean the same thing for everybody. “Football must be fair and free from corruption. Supporters deserve to believe that what they are watching is an honest competition. Players and managers deserve the same opportunity under the same rules. Otherwise, what exactly are we competing for?” #MUFC
