Yesterday’s MOTM Marcus McKernan

Final Score - After an entertaining game Knaresborough take the win. Parkgate pushed hard for a third it just didn’t happen. Goal Scorers Marcus McKernan Josh Nodder

FT. Parkgate FC (2) 2 Marcus McKernan (18') Josh Nodder (34') @KnaresboroughFC (2) 3 Jack Degruchy (8') Ben Gelder (24', 51’) A hard fought game with 4 goals in the opening half for 2-2. A solitary goal 2nd half wins it. Credit to both. Safe trip back to all associated with our visitors.

⏰ 90+4. Long throw to go in. Bounced once. Cleared. Long range effort whistles wide. One chance left.

⏰ 90+2. Corner. Sam is up. Actually had a shot blocked. Then the second ball in is over hit.

⏰ 90. +5.

⏰ 89. Ball is in corners a lot now. Need to know what’s added. Has to be 3 or 4.

⏰ 83. Raynor now on. Tbf, we deserve an equaliser. But you can also argue they deserve a 4th. Both not letting up.

⏰ 80. Change. Loughlin enters the field.

⏰ 73. Right on cue. Isaac Askwith replaces Jenson Ridge. Tyler Sylvester replaces Luke Bown.

⏰ 70. Still a big 20 left. No changes made by either team yet.

⏰ 64. No let up from either side really. We look for an equaliser and 3-3. They look to go 2-4.

⏰ 52. Goal. 2-3. It continues. A tap home inside the 6y box after the initial effort seemed to come off the post. It must have. Gelder brace if I saw correctly.

⏰ 49. Wild volley over by Town. Prior to that we put one across face. No one on line.

⏰ 47. Really poor challenge on H Moore. Yellow dished out. Certainly left a mark.

⏰ 46. We go again at 2050. No changes and match balls recovered.
