Very special gift for @PSH_A1674 today from a resident at @HMPKirklev After hearing about @parkrunUK adventures to Downing St celebrating our 20th Anniversary ‘S’ wanted me to send this to the ‘boss’ & say a huge thank you as ‘the volunteering makes us feel welcome every week’ 🧡
Great to see @HMPHolmeHouse back in action with Portrack parkrun this week. 14 participants with 4 new PBs achieved. Well done to everyone and all the volunteers and staff who made it happen 🧡🫶 #parkrun #hmpps #prison #rehabilitation

Fab morning at @HMPKirklev for parkrun this morning. Was given my very own ‘thank you’ card today too hand made by one of the resident volunteers, and signed by participants. Very thoughtful 😊 #parkrun #hmpps #volunteer
Great day for a decent hike from Threlkeld up to Blencathra (868m) and back round. Nothing better than getting out in the Lake District on a sunny bank holiday 🥾🧗🏻♀️ #LakeDistrict #BankHolidayWeekend #EasterSunday #Cumbria #lovehiking
