Brandon, your own campaign took money from California and New York. We can literally see the FEC filings. How are you this stupid?

Paxton left out the funniest part: Fox News says Talarico didn’t vote on these contracts, wasn’t involved in awarding them, and there’s no evidence he misused taxpayer money. Your own source undercut your tweet.
BREAKING: James Talarico abused his office to enrich himself and his employer. He needs to answer for his corruption and explain to taxpayers why he used their tax dollars to benefit himself and the woke DEI firm paying him tens of thousands of dollars. foxnews.com/politics/talaric…

One day you wake up and the GOP ticket in Texas is:
- a Guv who flung the door wide open for data centers
- A LtGov who wants to stop everyone from using THC
- Sen candidate impeached by his fellow Rs
- & railroad commissioner who turned the biggest UT win in years into a rant against brown people in a state that is 60% non-white.

.@JamesTalarico: I know Trump likes to win. If he wants to be on the winning side in this race, he's welcome to join the movement. A lot of his supporters have joined us in Texas, and we'd love to have the man himself.

Talarico sat for hours with a seasoned TX Ranger testing & vetting him, answered every question, & ended up with an endorsement.

AG Ken Paxton hasn’t challenged the Trump administration over Texas’ $10-billion Medicaid cut even though he sued Biden selling Texas out so he can win over Trump.

Texas hospitals risk losing $27M/day, threatening NICUs, maternity wards, and essential services for 4M Medicaid recipients, including a third of children and two-thirds of nursing home residents.
Texas hospitals learned this week that the Trump administration was currently holding up their $10 billion in Medicaid payments, the state’s attorney general and U.S. Senate hopeful Ken Paxton was noticeably silent.
Three years ago, Paxton’s office was quick to come to the state’s defense when the Biden administration threatened to withhold the same type of Medicaid funding to hospitals called the Comprehensive Hospital Increase Reimbursement Program, also known as CHIRP. If Texas’ payment that year had been disallowed, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services could have withheld all the CHIRP funding that year, which is the same problem Texas is facing this year.
“ This is not only a win for the integrity of Texas health care, but it’s also a defeat of Joe Biden’s unlawful overreach,” Paxton said almost a year ago in a news release declaring his “major nationwide legal victory.” “This rule is just one example of the Biden administration’s misuse of CMS, which was employed to target conservative states.”
But now confronted with facing off the Trump administration, Paxton has not used a tool — filing a lawsuit to retain the CHIRP funds — that has proved successful in the past even as Gov. Greg Abbott, another staunch Trump ally, has come out publicly that there’s nothing illegal about what Texas is doing to get those funds. Neither the attorney general’s office or Paxton’s political campaign have commented on the sudden halt of the money, which is costing Texas hospitals $27 million a day.

This is transactional morality. The “other guys” sneeze wrong, they get labeled an existential threat, but “our guys” get “There but for the grace of God go I” platitudes. This isn’t Christianity, it’s power lust cloaked in Christ’s name. We call that taking His name in vain.
Texas Republicans, get behind Ken Paxton.
You’re not voting for a pastor. You’re voting for a fighter.
I don’t care about his affair. He’s not perfect. I care about his policies.
No one took the fight to Biden harder or did more to protect Texas. Without him, this state would have been lost.
Send him to the Senate. Make him the Trump of the Senate.
