Africans needs to dedicate 1 week every month to be praising the white people
Was in Australia last year, I told my siblings that if not for white people this country will be fucked and I was accused of asslicking the whites
These are people whose civilisation has given you access to technology, institutions, and opportunities, including citizenship.
We black couldn’t point one thing we invented
Take palm oil, for example. The oil palm is native to West Africa, yet Malaysia has developed its palm oil industry through decades of research, improved planting materials, mechanisation, and industrial processing.
Today we are planting Malaysia Palm breed
We blacks are coursed

So much time to Evolve but still doing same thing all over again
I have been saying this
We are doing same thing all over over again
Merge together invest in manufacturing
IGWEBUIKE economy, 100 Igbos merge together, build factory
If Igboman cannot be Dangote, 30,50,100 Igbo trader can merge and become Dangote and invest in manufacturing!
Everything is not building “mansions” in the village
Example in Ogbo Ogwu (drug market) Onitsha since 1970’s they are trading and the market made a whole lot of billionaires but no single person invest in manufacturing, only building mansion in the village, doing land banking
Till today they are still importing while Indians are now building drug factories in Nigeria, tomorrow they will cry again
EVOLVE or PERISH 🤦🤦

Tinubu recently borrowed $1 billion from UK for port upgrades ONLY for Lagos ports
While SS coasts are the closest to China, Japan, Dubai, Asia routes our largest trading route
1billion in US$ ONLY for Lagos ports
$150m can build a world class port in state
He could have used $500m for ports in SS and $500m for his Lagos but greedy yaribas want all economic activities in their regions only
I don’t even understand how some SS people reason
Port harcourt has all to be world class
Oil city, surrounded within a 150 km radius by oil wells and offshore rigs producing more than $100million of crude oil and gas every day! Yes every 24hours
@BEbikiye
THIS COULD HAVE BEEN PORT HARCOURT
Remember the Yorubas used your oil money to build this in their land, but they keep telling you to weaken your regional political negotiation power by not having unity in your region. 59 years from now, oil dries up and the Eastern Region becomes the biggest losers of the Nigeria Project.

1 billion in US$ only for ports in Lagos oo
He would have use $500m for Lagos and $500 million for Onne, Warri, Calabar ports but NO, yoruba want all economic activity in their Lagos Only
Very greedy and wicked people

@CCSoludo kindly build boat jetties with warehouses, standard car park along the river from Odekpe to Nzam, Oroma Etiti, Ose, Onitsha Main Market, Atani, down to Akili-Ogidi at the border with Rivers State. He should also build or collaborate with the Delta State Government to build a jetty on the Asaba side of the river.
This will facilitate trade at Onitsha Main Market and ease the transportation of farm produce and other goods across the region also facilitate tourism for party goers as witnessed this valentine day as citizen created there own fun by hiring and partying in a boat
Only top construction companies like CCECC, Julius Berger, RCC, Craneburg can deliver a world-class jetty project of this scale.

Chibuike Amaechi @ChibuikeAmaechi was the Minister of Transportation when these railway projects were awarded.
Was it too difficult to tell Buhari, “Sir, let’s build a railway in my region? We contribute over 1.5 million barrels of crude oil per day.”
I also watched an interview where it was claimed that Amaechi was among the sponsors of Buhari’s presidential campaign.

Bia Obinna,
Though I’m guilty of it, I see indiscriminate building of village houses as an economic waste and waste of agricultural land and wildlife
Imagine if an Igbo state government build an industrial estate with dedicated power plant and open an “IGWEBUIKE” Investment Forum, Its primary objective would be to mobilize capital from Igbos across the world to finance large-scale industrial projects.
For example, if a high-capacity PPR pipe factory costs about ₦20 billion, the IGWEBUIKE platform would allow Igbos to invest any amount and become shareholders in the company. If 200 investors each contribute ₦100 million, the ₦20 billion required would be raised, with every investor owning an equity stake.
You as Engr Obinna can invest 15million and own a stake too in the factory

Nope
Anambra is smallest state in Nigeria after Lagos with 6million people and millions more in diaspora
We are wasting too much land, if we are critical thinkers, the government should enact a strict land use policy to manage our scarce land like Hongkong, Singapore, Israel, Netherlands and even Rwanda
Rwanda has a land area of about 26,000 km² same with entire South East and has managed its land strategically while building a thriving economy via a strong tourism sector centered on its wildlife.
Our own na to Dey clear bush Dey build indiscriminately

We have problem with his quality of works, his aesthetical style 👎🏻
Remember early this year he said he’ll rebuilt Onitsha main market to international standard
Do you see the work ongoing in the market?
He is using normal street artisan to do gutter and roof
That man is so so underwhelming,
I can’t even point out 1 project that I’m happy for
I’m pro Soludo during 2021 election, not Anambra resident but came back to vote him
We hoped then that he will give us futuristic project like @PNMbah is doing in Enugu
@alexottiofr turnaround rebuilding of Aba
Solid works like @Hope_Uzodimma1 Imo

Biafran soldiers were advancing toward Lagos with the aim of capturing Gowon. If that had succeeded, the war might have ended quickly. And if Biafran would have succeeded
Akwa ibomites would be much much better than in Nigeria where your wealth were been used to develop the north and yorubaland.
Aba? Na una get am too?
If the Igbo were expansionist like the Hausa–Fulani or the Yoruba are often accused of being, much of what is today Akwa Ibom would probably be Igbo-speaking.
For more than 200 years, Igboland has been one of the most densely populated regions in Africa, while Akwa Ibom State is relatively sparsely populated. So much of akwa ibomites today are of Igbo origin
Even @markessien has pointed this out.
When the British first arrived in Lagos, many groups there such as the Egun did not speak or understand Yoruba. Today, however, many of them have been Yoruba-ized.
If there is any ethnic group you should not see as an enemy, it is the Igbo. Grow up.
Akwa Ibom has contributed over $100 billion US dollars o to Nigeria, yet even in 2026 the state still lacks key federal infrastructure: no federal airport, no standard-gauge railway, no major federal projects, and no seaport.
Many Akwa Ibom people end up working as cooks on oil rigs owned by others.
The truth is, Igbo people are not your enemy.

Nice 1 but if we are really critical thinkers, our government will enact a strict land use act
We have a tiny land for our growing population, we need to manage out r tiny land and copy Singapore, Israel, Hongkong, Netherland and even Rwanda
We should prioritize real estate to start erecting multi storey condos and make duplex approval extremely expensive so only super rich can afford
The whole SE is only 29,000 km2
