MEET TAN IKRAM - THE JUDGE WHO REMANDED DANNY TOMMO - HE WAS ISSUED A FORMAL WARNING BY THE JUDICIAL CONDUCT INVESTIGATIONS OFFICE IN 2024 Tan Ikram (or Tanweer Ikram) is Deputy Chief Magistrate of England and Wales, therefore his role is a 'national' one, which means he can be moved to courts all over the country (wherever he is neeed) even though hos office is based in London. He was awaded a CBE for 'services to judicial diversity' back in 2021. He just so happened to preside over Danny Tommo's case yesterday. He also presided over my case where he found me 'civilly' guilty of 'harassment' of a obsessive ginger haired journalist - one who just so happened to work for the Independent back in 2021. He not only ruled I was 'harassing' a journalist who had given me very little time for a 'right to reply', he also ruled that I was not allowed to comment publicly on that 'journalists' reporting about me. In other words, let her go to print with bullshit about me whilst I had to shut my mouth and let her crack on with no right to reply. In October 2023, Judge Gregory Perrins and two magistrates modified that ruling which allowed me to to comment publicly on her reporting about me. That 'modification' undone the freedom of speech restrictions he placed on me, it took nearly two years for that to happen though. It's safe to say hes not one for 'freedom of speech', quite the opposite in fact. Oh there's more..... On the 11th of June 2024 the Lady Chief Justice, with the Lord Chancellor’s agreement, issued Deputy Senior District Judge Tanweer Ikram CBE with a formal warning for misconduct citing significant reputational damage to the judiciary after he 'accidentally liked' a post by a barrister on LinkedIn which read: “Free Free Palestine. To the Israeli terrorist both in the United Kingdom, the United States and of course Israel, you can run, you can bomb but you cannot hide – justice will be coming for you.” You can find that here - complaints.judicialconduct.g… In 2023 Tan Ikram found 'trans activist' Sarah Jane Barker 'not-guilty' of inciting or encouraging violence when she called on far left activists to 'punch terfs in the face'. She was filmed addressing a Trans Pride rally and shouted into the microphone: “If you see a Terf, punch them in the f***ing face.” I doubt any of our lot would get the same kind of 'leniency' from him if the boot was on the other foot. Each received a 12-month conditional discharge. He said he had 'decided not to punish' them and considered their lesson learned.
