There’s a screenshot circulating on FB of a notice issued by Cheshire Police stating that the migrant hotel in Crewe is being closed under Sec 136D of the Sexual Offences Act.
Falling under Part 2A (Closure Orders) of the Act, this section provides the police with a mechanism to shut down premises associated with sexual exploitation.
The magistrates' court can only grant the order if distinct legal conditions are met:-
▪️The premises were used during the relevant period for activities related to specified prostitution, pornography, or child sex offences.
▪️The closure order is necessary to prevent the premises from continuing to be used for those offences.
Looks like people protesting these hotels - the ones media and politicians called “far right racist thugs” - were right to be concerned after all…..

A former church leader and his wife have been charged with multiple rapes. Stephen, 68, and Janet Timmis, 61, are each charged with eight counts of rape against one victim.
The alleged attacks are said to have been carried out between May and September 2008, while Stephen Timmis was a church leader at the Crowded House Church in Sheffield.
The couple, both of Sheffield, have been bailed to appear at the city’s magistrates’ court on December 1.
A South Yorkshire Police spokesperson said:-
“Our enquiries have led us to believe there may be individuals in the community, who may have previously been members of the church, with information which could be relevant to our investigation.
‘We are appealing for anyone with concerns or information to come forward.
‘Anyone with information will be offered appropriate support as required. Information can be passed directly to the police either by phoning 101 or going through the online reporting system”.

Hunt for two Bangladeshi men after a 13-year-old girl was lured into Weavers Fields park in Bethnal Green and raped.
Showkoth Ahmed, 31, and Jahidul Hassan Jaigirdar, 34. Both from Bangladesh, both with links to Tower Hamlets a majority Muslim area. One is still believed to be in the UK. The other is thought to have gone back to Bangladesh after police appealed for information.
The attack happened around 11.30pm on 1 August 2024. The girl said two men approached her on Whitechapel Road and led her into the park. A member of the public later found her.
£10,000 reward via Crimestoppers.
As we all know this is not a one-off. Grooming and sexual violence against young British girls keeps happening in the same places, by men from the same communities, while authorities tiptoe around it for fear of “racism”.
How many more of our daughters? When do we stop importing the problem and start deporting it?

It may be a bit of fake fun for you, but it's a very real and terrifying death for them.
And it's not only birds.
Last year I had my first call of the season of a hedgehog trapped in this horrific fake 'cobweb', made especially for gullible halloweeners to spread over their greenery, trapping all unsuspecting birds, insects and mammals, including hedgehogs.
The fine synthetic fibers are difficult for animals to see and can quickly wrap around their legs, spines, and neck, leading to severe injuries.
When a hedgehog struggles to free herself the web tightens, cutting off circulation and causing deep wounds.
These constriction injuries often lead to permanent damage or death.
Unfortunately the call was from Manchester, so all I could do was talk them through getting the poor creature to a rescue.
Clearly she had been trapped there for at least one night, and her struggles had pulled the strong nylon strands so tightly that one of her toes had been amputated.
Can you imagine the pain and the sheer terror?
And then seeing dawn approach, while hanging there, tightly bound and helpless.
Aside from being stressed, dehydrated, starving and exhausted to the point of near death, she also had horrific bite/peck wounds to her face, where she had been held there, helpless, unable to curl and defend herself, while a predator tried to eat her alive.
If you have used this deadly cruel trap to 'decorate' your garden, please take it down now.
Please don't be conned by the greedy makers and sellers of this rubbish into hurting defenceless animals.

⚖️ A teenager caught making indecent images of children, including the most serious Category A material, has walked free from court without being placed on the S*x Offenders’ Register.
Adam Carmichael, now 18, was 17 when he committed the offences.
He pleaded guilty to two counts of making indecent images after police traced an online account to his home in East Malling, Kent.
His sentence? A 24-month community order, 200 hours of unpaid work and mental health treatment.
Prosecutors also asked for his iPad to be destroyed. Magistrates instead ordered it reset to factory settings and returned to him.
He will not face S*x Offenders’ Register notification requirements, the court heard.

Albanian national Qazim Shehu, 21, has been jailed after being caught with 25 bags of cocaine while riding an electric bike in Ipswich.
Police stopped Shehu on August 8, when officers said he gave contradictory explanations for his reason for being in the town. A search uncovered 25 grip-sealed bags containing 6g of cocaine, with an estimated street value of £480. Officers also found two mobile phones containing messages consistent with drug dealing, along with around £300 in cash.
Defence counsel Mr Darcey told the court that Shehu had entered Britain on a tourist visa but did not accept that he was an overstayer. He had already purchased a ticket to return to Albania before his arrest and intended to return to work as a mechanic. The court heard he had become involved in drug dealing as a quick way to make money and deeply regretted his actions.
Shehu, of no fixed address, appeared at Ipswich Crown Court on Wednesday, October 28, after admitting possession of a Class A drug with intent to supply. Judge David Pugh accepted that Shehu had played a lesser role in the offending and took into account his age and lack of previous convictions before sentencing him to 16 months in prison and ordering 12 months of supervision on licence.
The court also ordered the forfeiture of his phones and cash, while the Home Office will pursue deportation proceedings.
