@TheSun broke the law. They failed to do proper journalism and have had their reporters @MattSunRoyal go on other networks portraying mr thomas markle as though he has been convicted in order to justify meghan markle's nasty behaviour towards her elderly father. The relationship would have been at least redeemable with only not having contact with him because of the pap photos I understand she had already disowned him by then, but these allegations take it to the next level where it would never have been redeemable.
As I’ve repeatedly pointed out in my videos, Meghan Markle’s decision to cut off her father simply because she reportedly read a letter accusing him of wrongdoing does not make sense to me. At the time, Meghan had a good relationship with her father. Wouldn’t the natural and reasonable response have been to approach him directly, show him the letter, and give him an opportunity to explain or defend himself? Instead, Meghan appears to have accepted the allegations without first seeking clarification from the very person she had known and loved her entire life. In my opinion, Meghan saw an opportunity to distance herself from her father and acted prematurely by making a statement rather than having a conversation with him.
You don’t simply disown a parent based on accusations in a letter, especially when you’ve had a loving relationship with that parent. You ask questions, seek the truth, and give that person an opportunity to respond. That is why I continue to question whether the letter was truly the reason for the breakdown in their relationship, just like the accusations of him, taking pictures with the paparazzi and lying to her about it.
This was simply a convenient justification for a decision Meghan had already made which was to cut her father out of her life when she married into the royal family.
