Just got the console output working on FreeBSD EC2 i3.metal instances. The problem which blocked me for 8 months? Turns out that there's a bug in the ACPI SPCR table on that hardware. (SerialPort.AccessSize is set to 0, meaning "undefined". It should be set to 1.)
