We are also aware that this must be done in parallel with creating an inclusive environment in and around the rehearsal room so that individuals have the best experience possible when they work with us, but also to ensure that our industry can learn and grow.

Our number of respondents is currently small, so we have chosen not to report on intersectionality as this may potentially identify our collaborators. But we understand the importance of intersectional representation, and hope to report on it in the future. #PullUpOrShutUp
