Early haemodynamic valve deterioration (HVD) after TAVI was observed in 3.1% of patients in this large multicentre registry and was independently associated with reduced valve-related clinical efficacy, stroke, bioprosthetic valve dysfunction, and valve failure during follow-up.

Cuando yo hice el examen #MIR en 1990, los números 1 y 3 también escogieron #Dermatología, y las plazas de #MFiC (que entonces era una especialidad relativamente nueva y más ilusionante que ahora) también se escogían hacia el final. No es una tendencia actual de los jóvenes.
David, hace unos años compartimos unas jornadas #MIR. Este año tenemos nº de elección 📈🥇(#Cardiologia @hospitalclinic #7, #32, #52).
No es casualidad: cuidar a quienes se forman siempre da sus frutos. Podemos estar orgullosos😍
