I have worked with the BEST people in these fields and I would consider myself one of the best but my biggest bottle neck right now is making the best hires to build these teams under me because I cant do everything.
Coaching positions in each of these fields can be taught 100% but nobody has the ambition to want to win it seems, even with upside, and I dont think you can teach that.

some people are having problems getting creative on Trybe. My problem is we are getting TOO MUCH creative on Trybe
Most of it is completely complaint and I want to test it all. First campaign found a couple winners and every single ad set added after got zero spend
