I went ahead and split the Color Match feature in VideoFrameSync to its own tool - corrects color drift, contrast, etc from MP4 export, shots from different cameras, but also AI edits from WAN VACE or Seedance. As a bonus, it also matches noise/grain.

Added color matching as well to fix color grading differences between the two clips.
I put together a tool "Video Frame Sync" for fixing two videos that should be the same but are off by a few frames due to framerate or dropped/duplicate frames. This is also useful for "edits" from AI generation sites (Seedance, etc) which often have this.

I put together a quick script for getting a quality selection of screencaps from your video. It checks for faces, eyes, blinking, blur, etc. And also makes a capture sheet / gallery grid.

Speaking of MP4 audio delay, went ahead and made a tool to fix that as well. It turned out to only require some metadata added to the MP4 to show where the audio starts in AAC, which is apparently a long-time bug in @Adobe and other software omitting it.

One more tool from me today for another long-standing grievance - comparing 2 videos that should be the same. This is sensitive enough that it sees MP4s introduce a slight 20ms delay in the audio. It also works on music.. for ppl who keep changing things.

One of the main focuses for me the past few months. Lot of fun figuring stuff out for the first time like filming with Hannah remotely, etc. I've also always loved the long continuous shots in movies and wanted to see if I could keep one going indefinitely.

I made a small script for syncing/backing-up specific folders to Google Drive. This also lets you sync files across multiple computers (home PC and travel laptop). The official Google Drive desktop app used to have this but discontinued it for no reason.
