Em nota, o Núcleo de Saúde do Osasco São Cristóvão Saúde confirmou que a ponteira seguirá um tratamento conservador com fisioterapia:
"O Núcleo de Saúde do Osasco São Cristóvão Saúde informa que a evolução clínica e o processo de recuperação da atleta Mari Brambilla permitem que o tratamento siga o modelo conservador, ou seja, sem a necessidade de cirurgia. Com isso, ela segue normalmente com os processos de fisioterapia.
Mari Brambilla sofreu uma lesão durante a partida contra o Batavo Mackenzie, em Belo Horizonte. Foi submetida a avaliações médicas e exames de imagem que confirmaram uma lesão ligamentar no tornozelo direito, sem a presença de fraturas.”

no hate to op but genuinely none of the people asking this question are old enough/knowledgable in fandom history enough to remember WHY fic drives exist. they’re literally created to avoid fic purges from decimating fundamental texts to the fandoms

i keep seeing people referring to fic drives as work being shared without “reward” for the author and i have to be honest, it bothers me that people are posting on ao3 with their main motivation being recognition and reward. wanting comments and engagement is natural, but i think framing it as reward or a return for your work is kind of indicative that you don’t really understand why fanfiction exists to begin with.
fanfiction exists as a way for authors to express themselves, explore characters and identities and try things out. it’s a creative outlet and you should be writing because you want to do it. not because you want the attention it brings. we lose the culture and motivation behind fandom practices when we commodify them.
