Getting traffic is one thing. Turning that traffic into paying customers is another. Imagine running Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Facebook Ads. TikTok brings 10,000 visitors but only 20 paying customers. Google Ads brings 3,000 visitors but 50 paying customers. Which channel is actually working? That’s why I created this Pirate Metrics (AARRR) visual: to compare channels, spot where users drop off, and figure out what to improve. For developers building their own products: what’s the hardest part of marketing for you? Getting traffic, converting visitors, or knowing what to measure?
